We are a new company and have a odd ball attachment we needed to use with a mini ex. They spent all morning formulating a plan to fabricate a bracket to make it work. I will never use anyone else for equipment rental these guys are top notch!

Cowin is a poor excuse for a company to buy Equipment from.We bought a excavator and within a week it was having problems Which that was not their fault but Since it was under warranty we called them to fix the problem. They came out and worked on it, it did not fix the problem. They had to come back out and work on it again.They charged us 1579.06. Then charge an additional 921.51 travel time.We have been fighting them for a year to take this off our account. They said they would take it off over and over again. They have lied time and time again, giving differnt excuses because They will not take off the charges. Meanwhile, Within 4 months, the arm broke and the wanted to charge us over 4000.00 to fix it. They said Tackeuchi would not pay the repairs. We had to contact Takeuchi to get that taken off our bill Which Takeuchi did(they did the right thing). However, Cowin still has not removed the charges. The sales person hasnt even tried to help us, neither has the manager. Cowin is not a company you want to buy from because they lie and will not do what is right. I will never Buy anything from them again.I HAD TO MARK ONE STAR BECAUSE IT WOULD NOT LET ME POST THIS REVIEW. I WOULD NOT GIVEN THEM ANY STARS.

WARNING! Get all service and repair work estimates in detailed writing before allowing Cowin Equipment Company to perform any work on your equipment. Our verbal agreement was not upheld. Extra unnecessary work was performed without discussion or permission resulting in Extreme excessive charges.
