Good experience for me....Im a Co. driver for Crete Carrier....arrived @ approx. 0940 on 07/08/21, they had me diagnosed and work completed in 3 hrs. Found leak in DEF pump, replaced pump and cleared all of my codes. Rolled out @ 1245.....A BIG THANKS TO WILLIE...he found the prob. and promptly took care of it. Sometimes rolling into a shop for repairs can be nightmarish, but not this time....Thank you.....yall made it pleasant...you get my recommendation !!

BE WARE!! This place will RIP YOU OFF!! I developed major issues with my DD15 on 3/12/21 and had my truck towed to them. I sat in their drive until 3/15/21 waiting for them to open. That morning a man named Willie put computer on my engine and said my number 4 cylinder was out. Needed to drop my pan to say exactly what was up. I drove into the bay and began waiting. A few hours later I go look and my bumper has been removed. Thats all. A few hours later I look again, no change. I see a guy named Hal and he tells me my estimate will be ready soon based on what was found from dropping the pan. I told him the pan has not been dropped. After 4 still nothing so I begin getting things from my truck to go to motel. Then Willie was dropping the pan. I was in the truck the pan was dropped and he left turning the lights off me in the truck. I went to motel. 3/16/21 I wait all day for estimate. Nothing happens. 3/17/21 I go to see what the deal is and find that nothing has changed at all with the truck. Hal then tells me I must approve 3 hours diagnostics to continue. Hourly labor rate there is 167 dollars per hour. I approved it. 3/18/21 I go and find nothing changed. I told Willie and he said he going to make it happen and he would inform me of what he found. He did not. I later spoke to Hal again. He showed me pictures Willie allegedly took of my crankshaft and the scoring. He said the motor needed replacing for 43,000 bucks and I owed 972 bucks for diagnosis. 3 hours at 167 is 501 bucks he doubled the price for diagnostics. Clearly their sole intention was to rip me off. I paid to have my rig towed out of there. STAY CLEAR of them!!!

I carried my Motor Home into this business on April 28, 2021, for a steering gearbox issue and brakes repaired by them that’s sticking. As of today’s date June 23, 2021 my MH is still there. FIVE (5) days shy of TWO(2) MONTHS. I ask for a price to do brake repair twice this wk an haven’t heard anything yet.

I wasnt turned by the high prices as long as the work completed is quality. Most importantly is to do the job right the first time. Unfortunately, the work quality here does not match the pricing. The over charge and underdeliver. $2200 for a water pump and we broke down again 150 miles after repair. 4 hour repair from when they called to when asked for payment. 1300 in labor. Thats over 300/hrs for poor quality. Buyer beware

Told me it would take 5 days to get parts for a 5th wheel. Understood but I couldnt wait that long. But then charged me 279.00 dollars for a diagnostic...WOW!!!..I should have read these reviews.

Highly Recommend. I had them rebuild my 12.7. True Professionals from the Service Writer, the Shop Foreman to Mechanic/Technician that I dealt with. They kept me informed on the progress, actually had it finished sooner than promised date.. and the final bill was less than estimate. Have 22,000 on rebuild now, no issues. No oil leaks! Truely Outstanding Experience! Much Thanks and Respect!!

Good mechanics, terribly high prices. $300 just to touch your truck plus whatevers wrong. I had a $90 part i needed to be put on and they tried to charge me over $700. I told them not to do the work and then they came down to about $400. I let them do it because Im thinking at least it would get done right but even the $400 was way too much for that. Very last resort from now on.

If you go to this place after this, then it sucks to be you!! I was there on Monday morning before they opened to have my rear axle replaced, and I didnt get the truck back until Thursday evening. I was quoted one price and then given another price($800 more) than the original quote. They are not rude but very inattentive and at closing time almost locked me in the building because no one bothered to communicate anything to me about where I was in the process or anything, they just forgot that I was there and began to lock up...i really wish there was a negative star feature here, but if this one star review will save you the headache that I endured, then its worth it!!!!!

It seemed like every time i asked how long it would take i was given 2 weeks but in actuality the rear main seal was replaced and i was back in action in a week. Parking is a bit limited though but otherwise a great place to do business with!!!

Worked me in to get my truck tuned up. Guys are good people and did a good job.

I had a engine rebuild done by them. It took over 30days. Got truck back and now it will not keep prime and they want to charge me for a repair that they should have checked before releasing it back to me. This is a system that would have to be taken apart in order to do a rebuild.

Last night 11pm spoke with Bob he emailed day crew we were headed in and needed to be out by 2pm we haul crusial freight TSMT and Hal in service made it happen. As an O/O this is important I would recommend this location. Lounge was clean reclined leather chairs huge Tele. They will provide ride to get a bite to eat. Stop here if you can.

Very unprofessional company, manager called me for an interview and had to schedule it as soon as possible and then was late for the interview, wouldn’t discuss compensation and walked out in the middle. She’s a joke along with the company.

My husband applied here for a trainee position as a mechanic, Im told by him they discriminated against him for his age and his disability that doesnt effect his work at all, we are hiring an attorney and will now take legal actions, Companies should not be allowed to discriminate against anyone, very unfair, very unprofessional in my opinion and Im sure the court system will see it our way as well, because we have them recorded saying things to him.
