It was great and fast service thats what I like.

I have been having the worst experience here. I would not recommend this store to anyone. There is a guy in there by the name of Muhammed that is so unprofessional and not equipped to work with the public and LETS BE CLEAR HE IS NOT HELPFUL AND will purposely not disclose information that you need in order to escalate a problem. If he is in there alone he wont answer the phone/Muhummad and REFUSED TO ASSIST ME because he said that I didnt buy the phone from him. I bought it from the other guy in the store. I have never heard such bull!

Ray was so nice and had me in and out with no problems

Consumer service is a bit more professional than the people that work at this location

I went into the store the agents were friendly. I made a payment with my card to purchase a new phone and i was charged twice. They lied and said itll take 3 business days & itll be back on my card . nope .... So i went to the store talked to mahammad and he said, 5 to 10 days. Thats a long time for their mistake and my card company is saying that the money was already withdrawn. I advise you pay with Cash ONLY IF NOT YOUR SCREWED!! Youll recieve your money back eventually!
