You would think that preordering and prepaying would insure that you would get the product you ordered. Not at Honey Baked Ham! They will take your order and your payment then issue you a confirmation number just so when you get there to pick it they can tell you that they have no ham for you! What a great setup! Its the perfect holiday inconvenience! Well I hope they continue this tremendous business model throughout the year just to make everyone that orders from them puzzled and completely put out. Thanks HBH!

Nothing like a Honey Baked Ham

Was here working on their phone system. But the sandwiches looked awesome. The store was clean and smelled just like ham, and boy do I love ham. The customer service is excellent here and they are very friendly. I was gifted with a honey baked ham gift card guess where I am going very soon.

Was at the shuttle place next door, got thirsty and went over for something to drink. Was having an awful day trying to get back home to Austin when the server there without knowing a thing about me said no charge to an ice tea a d God bless me which almost brought tears to my eyes as I walked out with my mouth open. The two weeks Id been there visiting my dying mom, knowing it was the last time Id see her alive, I hadnt met anyone so nice and wasnt after the dollar. Thank you Honey Baked Hams for restoring my faith in humanity and reminding me how to smile!

This place was soooo good . We went shopping in the area. We were hungry, stopped by the Honey baked Ham store formlinch each if us got different sandwiches roast beef, chicken salad, and tavern club everything was so good and fresh.

Bought 8lb bone- in ham. It was nice, but pricey!
