Very respcetable people here... The lady was very kind and answered all of our questions about the equipment we was buying and we was very satisfied about our experience here..

Went in try to have a set of keys cut that came with my new PCM for f150 pickup guys was rude and said we dont your own keys, I didnt like his tone or attitude if your in the professional working place and at like that need to find another job. I took my keys to lowes lady was nice and explained that they dont do it either because the charge for the keys not the cutting, so I bought two keys from her and she was happy to cut mine, all the other guy had to do was explain the same without attitude

Such great staff. Didnt even roll their eyes when i got there at 5:40 pm to get keys duplicated. 🤣 They have some antique tool displays id like to look at, and what looks a great little greenhouse. It reminds me of the wonderful older hardware stores (but obviously with brand new everythings). Parking is good and there are no steps, etc. Ill be going back there this weekend.

Ace always has people more than willing to help you. They didnt have what I needed but several people were helping me they even looked it up in their little book to see if they could order it for me but it wasnt in the book. They did everything they could and even went beyond to help me.

Great place, local business ownership. If Ms. Brenda doesnt carry it, and cant order it she will do her best to help and will someone who may. As helpful as she is kindrecommend

This hardware store has a great selection but the main reason i go here is because the employees are so helpful and accommodating. I recently bought 10 big bags of mulch that were bigger and cheaper than Lowes and Home Depot AND they had a young man load it in my car for me as soon as i paid.........try finding someone to help you do that at one of the big corporate stores listed above

It isnt a giant Lowes or Home Depot, but there is much more personal attention. Its so easy to shop there as everyone feels like family. And Brenda always helps me figure out any plant issues I may have.

I can usually find just about anything Im looking for in here. Nice people and always asking if they can help you.

It was a life saver. I visited threeGrocery Stores, Lowes,Big Lots,Dollar General and CVS for someNon Lemon Scented,AMMONIA!!!! Couldnt find it atHome Depot!!! Only at ACE!!!

Its okay, definitely need more lighting, definitely some of there workers cannot help you, especially new faces that before they start work, definitely needs to learn the store, instead of trying to help you guess if a stem is right, just get me someone that does know about it from the get go.

This store has a wide variety of hardware, plumbing and electrical. There is always someone to answer a qustion or help find an item.

Great hardware store and its a little old fashion, I like it. They have a little of everything.

I really enjoyed this location they have so much to offer. Unfortunately I was unable to look around much due to having to wear a mask it is hard for me to breathe and I could not enjoy everything they had to offer. I will definitely be back though as soon as I can.

I was shocked that the store closed at 5pm Im sure its just new hours due to Covid-19, but all the same 5pm seemed extremely early to close but customer service was good

Real friendly employees

Pretty good spot for whatever you need. Little disappointed with this visit, called ahead looking for a specific part, got put on hold for about 5 minutes, then was told they had the part. Drove out there, didnt have the part.

The service was excellent. The store is much smaller than big retail chains so the stock selection is more limited. That being said, if Ace has what you need their employees will be able to find it for you and answer any questions you have. They are also very good about ordering items they dont have in stock. Sometimes I have to go to a big chain to get what I need but I go to Ace if its something they have.

Drove 15 minutes to get here to find out they now close at 5 in stead of 6 like on the Google profile. Update your profile, this is why big box stores are killing you. 4 other vehicles pulled in while Im typing this, here we come Lowes

I have used this store for years And always received good service. That changed yesterday however, I purchased an item online to be shipped to the store. I got an email confirmation that it was ready for pick up yesterday and the email list of the store hours which stated the store closed at 6:00 p.m.. I arrived at the store at 3:10 p.m. to find out that they had changed their hours and now close during the week at 3:00 p.m.. (due to COVID-19 and totally understandable) I went back today to pick up the item and made the associate aware that the time I received in the email was not accurate and it would probably behoove them to update the store hours online. I explained to him that I had come yesterday right after store closing to find out the new hours. He stated he had nothing to do with it it was up to the store owner. I explained that it was an inconvenience to show up during the posted hours only to find out the store was already closed. This is not the normal level of customer service Ive come to expect from this location, however it only takes one bad experience. The guy behind the paint counter needs a lesson in good customer service skills. He was rude and showed no interest in fixing the issue for future customers.

First time in many years that no one helped us. Propane person was very short, no help with hardware and cashier was on the phone for approx 5 minutes before ringing up purchase.

If you have a claw tub and it need repairs this is the place to go not Lowes or Home depot or Ferguson unless you buying it new

Went into the store to buy some bug spray,used the mens room and passed a NASTY cat box in the hallway,I could smell CAT URINE!! before i turned the corner coming from the store, to use the rest room. All i can say is the employees must like the smell of the cat box while they eat their lunch, the lunch room is about 15 feet away. NASTY

Did not have a good experience here. Person at cash register was totally useless. Asked a question when I first walked in but all she could do was tell me to see someone else for answer. I asked in what direction I should go in to find someone else and she just looked at me and point to one side of the store. Never received any help. Two people were there to help but one was helping someone else and the other was mixing paint for another customer. He did finally ask if he could point me in the right direction which was the only helpful thing that happened. After searching through the area he told me about I figured out they didnt have what I needed. On my way out I was going to look at some plants and pots in the garden center but both doors into that area were locked and when I asked same person at front she said I needed to ask one of the guys in the back to open it for me. What? The sign says open 8 to 8? She says well its locked now and I dont have a key. It was 7 PM when I was there. What a dismal experience first and hopefully last time I visit this place.

Ace really is the place.. When you are looking for a hardware that carries virtually everything and odd items you need they have it. Super staff and a real hometown feel.

Unlike the big box stores, service makes them a standout.Theyre always helpful and knowledgeable. I like the small home town atmosphere and if they dont have what you need (I cant even imagine) they will point you in the right direction.

Friendliest old school hardware store around. They even have ammo and ammo reloading supplies! That is So rare.

They had a kitchen faucet for sale on their website. I wanted that particular faucet, when I get there, they dont carry it. My feeling is dont advertise it and not have it available or in stock.
