Nice store, but I fear the web will do away with them as theyre over priced from online orders

On October 17, 2020, my son and I walked into this store to purchase a pair of boots. As soon as we walked in the store, the manager said, The most inexpensive boot we have is $125. Not hello, hi, how are you; you know, like normal people. I replied, Excuse me? He repeated the statement. I said, What did you just say?! He repeated the statement!I was offended. He did not greet us but instead made this derogatory and disparaging statement. I guess my son and I did not look like we BELONGED in his store. My eleven year old son asked to see the expensive shoes. The most expensive shoe in the store was thousands of dollars and IF I WANTED TO SIR, I could have purchased that boot right then and there! So watch how you speak and treat people. You know that status of no one that walks in that store, sir. Against my better judgment, I allowed my son to purchase a Stetson hat he really liked, he loves cowboy hats. I still kick myself for even allowing him to buy that hat! I let my son handle the transaction by himself. I was on the other side of the store but believe me I was all eyes and ears. He then asked my son if the money he pulled out of his pocket($100 bill) was birthday money. My son replied, No, this is hard work money. What?! Is this how you entreat customers, sir? I was very upset that we were treated like this. Then he went on to tell my son how to handle the hat. My son could have had a collection of these hats! But he did not bother to ask, he assumed my son had never had an expensive hat like that ($65🙄) and didnt know what to do with it. Sir, you were way out of line! I pray you correct your spirit and not treat others like you treated me and my son. But then again, I am so sure you do not treat EVERY customer like this, only the ones you cast judgment on because they dont LOOK LIKE they can afford your merchandise. Get real! I started to come back in your store today and tell you personally how you offended us, but OTHERS NEED TO KNOW. Sir, it appears that the only thing needing a STAMPEDE is your condescending, prejudice and pernicious spirit. 😌

Always satisfied when I visit here. Daily specials are always a good option or 1 of their salads. Theyre always busy so call ahead and order if you want it to go. Place is always clean. Waitresses are normally friendly and on point unless theyre short handed

No stampede

The salesman was awesome! He was very patient and willing to help. However the lack of technology in this store is ridiculous! They had to hand write each item I bought on 4 different papers, and it took over 30 minutes to complete the task, not to add one of the pairs of boots were not entered in correctly and he had to re-ring them back up, and write down all that information. A small computer with a barcode scanner and receipt printer, and they would be fantastic. But I dont see that happening. I wont be back.

Went in, told the gentleman what I was looking for, he showed me what he had, I bought and was told return policy all in about 7 minutes. My kind of shopping.

Its a small store with little selection of boots, which is what I was looking for.

Bought a pair of Ariat boots. Staff very friendly and extremely helpful. They have a huge selection of boots. I recommend buying boots here instead of a big box retailer for better selection and expertise.

They have a large selection of high end straw and felt hats. They only have two different straw hats that were $40 and none that were any cheaper. They had a good range of sizes for each of the hats. They also sell boots and belt buckles.

Very Friendly and very Knowledgeable staff and a lot to choose from reasonably priced and love their Rewards Program

Great selection... Service took longer than I would have liked to even acknowledge us, but when we did get helped the salesman was good.

Great service and wide variety of boots. Slightly over priced and the return policy is an in-store credit only.
