Waited on the phone for a while, finally they told me they would hold my place in line and would give me a call. After waiting for that call, i finally get it and they hung up after one ring so now im back on the phone waiting once again.

Good luck if you ever have a problem & need to talk with some one at this store! Been trying to call for over a week & either put on hold or in placed in an endless que! Next A/C will not be Trane!!!
