I had an issue with a wheel on my carry on bag. I took it to the store and James identified this needed to go to the repair center. They got it fixed it and sent back to my house saving me a trip to the store. It worked perfectly! Great service on a 3 year old bag!

What an amazing store! A great variety of items that I never would have expected. The store is incredibly clean. They have salespeople that are so amazingly knowledgeable and helpful. This one salesperson knew so much that he could show me about the pieces I bought and even the pieces I have at home. I am now a VERY proud owner of Tumi Luggage.
