Randy is an amazing gentleman to work with. I brought in an old head that I thought needed resurfacing. He checked it out and gave me the bad news that it was cracked. Other machine shops may have tried to repair the crack without the customer knowledge, but Randy was a stand up guy and told me up front. He did not charge me a dime for time/ labor. He even recommended a competing machine shop that may have spare heads that theyre willing to sell. I will be coming to Randy again!

Their work takes forever to complete. one day jobs have been north of a month and still nothing. Ive used them several times and after reccomending them to friends (which was a huge mistake!) Ill never use them again. The last pair of cylinder heads I sent to them were supposed to be taken apart, cleaned, machined, revavled and put back together. the decks were not machined properly and none of the valves sealed like they should. When I called them to figure out why the quality of the work was lacking they told me that they didnt know what I was talking about and hung up the phone. Their lacking in craftsmanship costed me a very expensive engine that I had to eat the costs on. Out of the 8 or so jobs Ive send to them only one or two have held up more than 2 weeks.
