We were helped the salesman Joe. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, genuine, and funny. While he obviously wanted us to buy a mattress, he wasn’t overly pushy. He made suggestions and then gave us some time to test and talk amongst ourselves. He didn’t put pressure on us to buy anything right that moment as he could see it was a hard decision. We ultimately did decide to buy a mattress from him that day and you could tell he was happy about it. After completing the purchase, he said to give him a call if we wanted to know anything about the area, such as places to eat or things to do (as we’re new here). Overall great experience and we’re happy with our purchase.

After making the wrong decision on a mattress (100% my fault), I used the comfort exchange to correct this problem and get one that is much better. Joe and Joel were both fantastic in every step of the way, which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend making sure you cover yourself with the comfort exchange. It might cost a little more to do it but without it I would have ended up with a big problem. You absolutely do not want to end up with the wrong mattress. Its a long term investment that really matters!

Joe was great! We woke up Saturday morning still tired, like always, and decided we’d go look at mattress instead of putting it off.
