Awful experience, have went to Phoenix Metals twice and both times waited for 2+ hours for 2 very small orders. Waited 3 hours for 8 items that was called in 3 hours before pickup.

Good place, They unloaded my truck fast

Very dangerous and unsafe drivers they will cut you short cut you off swerve into your lane speeding. They have no regard for anyone safety. You call in on their number and all you get is our trucks have sensors on them Ill check and see if your telling the truth or not. As a veteran driver myself 30+ years in trucking industry and still carry my license and certifications to drive a truck. Not like I would be calling in a false report just for the heck of it!! FMSCA & DOT needs to come in and audit them on their safety practices.

Good place to load

Very very slow- was told load would be ready by 1pm. Still waiting at 3:15.Update- loses at 3:45. Very rude staff
