I would give this Gadsden music store no stars if it was allowed. The store representative, Jason Duren, had a bad attitude and was not helpful. He did not want to hand me my receipt and when I said something about it he told me I had an attitude. Jason must have a problem with women 🙄 or it maybe people of color in general. Dont waste your time here!! Fine a real music store who welcomes paying customers.

Not as big as some of the other stores but I like the smaller more personal feel. Attentive staff.

I usually do not write reviews but feel a need this time. My purchase was made at the Gadsden Music location on Southlake Parkway Hoover Alabama. The store associate/representative was borderline rude!!

We came in to purchase a violin for our child. They had one in stock, but the gentleman helping us was unable to answer any questions about it and the other two employees working there did not seem interested in helping us either. Considering the great reviews that this store has, we expected our experience to be much different than this. We ended up purchasing a violin at another store where they had knowledge of the instrument and took the time to answer our questions.

We had to buy an instrument for our child for the first time. Jason was patient and informative. He answered all of our questions and put us at ease through the whole process. He helped us get what we needed without trying to sell us stuff we did not need right now. We were so happy with our experience.

Worst customer service! Really had no interest in talking to my child who is the one to be playing the instrument. Will gladly spend my thousands of dollars somewhere else!

Great company & anytime my son had an issue or questions regarding his instrument they were more than happy to provide prompt assistance.

Ive only had positive experiences here. Everybody is very friendly, happy and knowledgeable. They have taken care of my instrument needs and the turnaround time for service is quick.

Spoke to Mr.Hammon about instrument selection for my daughter. He was incredibly friendly and encouraging. Helped her pick an instrument she was comfortable with and explained the lease to own program extremely well.

They fixed my trumpet well. A probably what is scored 5 stars if the repair was the same day.
