Worst experience ever when it comes to buying appliances! I thought they were really nice people and trust worthy so I bought two appliances from them one being a used stainless steel fridge and the other a brand new stainless steel stove. I had a 30 day exchange warritany on them both. Well after 34 my fridge stops working completely! I spoke with the appliance guy and he stated that he could fix it but I had to bring it to him. Keep in mind I live 45 minutes from them and they delivered the fridge to me because I had no way of picking it up so obviously I had no way of getting it back there! He knew that! So he told me if I bought him the part he thought I needed then he would find another part and fix it. Well that particular fridge did not come with a motor board. So he stated that the only way he could tell what was wrong with it was for me to bring it in other than that he cant do anything. I would call him and text him in between all this with no reponse for a day! I got a professional tech to come out and they stated that my whole control board was gone and the bottom of the fridge filter and not been cleaned for years, it was clogged with dust and that will effect fridge too! Im very disappointed I lost $450 after 34 days of having the fridge. Will not buy from them again! Luckily my stove is doing fine but it was brand new.
