Wonderful experience from beginning to end. I ordered the paint over the phone and the gentleman that took my order was very nice and professional. When I got there, to pick up the paint, I didnt have to wait at all, although there were a few customers in the store. After checkout, the cashier also carried the paint to my car, Im assuming since I am a female and had a few cans. Some of the best customer service I have ever received, and I am a stickler :). I recommend this place 100% and will continue shopping there for my home projects.

I had a meltdown about the bathroom remodeling right before walking in. They were welcoming, kind, patient, knowledgeable, thorough, dealt with my slew of questions and panicked misery all with extreme professionalism. The shop did not stink to my surprise. They had only half of what I needed (they dont sell grout or silicone shower caulk but do sell regular caulk) and actually referred me to places that had what I needed, helped me find them on the map, and gave me detailed instructions of what I needed to do even though tile was not their domain. I was blown away. They gave me control and confidence, a next step, and returned my sanity to me.

The lady who attended me was very polite and knowledgeable. I missed finding the place on my first visit to it. Access is a little tight when you drive the work van to it.

As a painter in a building company I have almost exclusively purchased my paint from Teknicolors for nearly 19yrs. Best paint store around.. and it starts with the people.. As good as they get!!

Three strikes and youre out. Ceiling paint had gooey flecks all in it, colored primer was not matched properly to the top coat, and separate gallons of top coat were not even the same color. I will add that the guys were definitely nice and worked to make it right, but I was disappointed that their system is not computerized and automated yet. You would think a paint store would be better at matching paint than home depot, but...nope. They probably would be fine for many painting scenarios, and if you go you might be satisfied, but I cannot really recommend them unless you would like to waste half a day at work. I will unfortunately have to take my business to the Sherman Williams across the street or the home depot on Coolidge.

Tom helped me pick out the paint and made sure I had everything (brush, roller, tray) I needed to complete the job. It was great

This ben Moore store is stocked to the hills and the ben Moore color palette and paint quality is second to none. But at those prices. I ca kn yo with much cheaper product that is just about as good and know one knows the difference

Everyone who works there is friendly and extremely knowledgable about paint, materials, etc. They are also willing to give suggestions on colors (some places wont do that) which is very helpful. Would highly recommend!
