Great store. Love it. Goined their club. Something everyone who shops (there like I do) should do. Very friendly and helpful employees. Wish all stores in Bismarck had employees like you do.

Very clean, neat store, customer service is awesome, asked a couple times if they could help me...At checkout, she asked if I found everything, I did not find one item, they immediately asked what I wanted and looked for me, you guys carry some, but not the particular kind I wanted, Love that store, awesome employees!!!!! Unfortunately I didnt find any universal remotes, nor did I find Adam Sandler lying in any of the beds. They did, however, have an amazing selection of things I didnt know existed. Did you know UGG brand makes comforters!?!? UGG COMFORTERS! And theyre amazingly SOFT! I was too poor to afford it but their pricing was good and their staff was incredibly friendly! Would recommend!

Didnt have what I was looking for. Although, I did walk in January 8th. The shelves have not been restocked. All the good pots and pans were gone. Ended up going to restaurant supply.

I like the store but the employee was very quick to tell me to put a mask on. I felt it was a little aggressive. I told her I already had COVID.

Great store. Very well organized as to bath, bedroom, kitchen etc. I was able to find what I needed right away without having to search high and low for it. The parking lot was narrow and the parking lanes should be repainted it was hard to tell where one parking spot started and ended.

Loved it! They have a huge selection of items, sales, and you can use coupons on most things! I didnt have to wait in line and I was offered help while shopping! I didnt have to walk around to find help which is always a plus!

I was a little disappointed that I had two cart full of items some toppling over and had to make several trips out to my car while several young workers just watched. No one offered to help when the plastic drawers toppled over she just sat there and waited for me to make my three trips to clear her aisle...I just know if I was that employee I would have come and assisted someone who could have used a hand.

The staff was very helpful and polite to talk to helped us find what we were looking for.

I Never Liked How A Certain Lady Was Following me throught the store I never liked it at all because it was my first time there..I Planned To Buy Some Bedding But I Wasnt Sure Which one so I tensed up and went to spend my money somewhere.

I went looking for one specific item that I wasnt sure of they carried. A guy assisted me very silently, as he thought they had something like I was looking for. It took a while to find, but they had it.

Every time i go in to make a purchase and i wNt to use the coupons sent to my phone, the never except them. This has happened 7 or 8 times in a row now including today.and the store wont honor them.Tired of running for nothing!

It is not that i dislike this place, but never seems to have what i want even though it is on the website.

We went into the store to work on our wedding registry, which we had already started online. However, when we got there, instead of receiving a scanner, we were forced to meet with Lisa who proceeded to take us around the store and suggest items that she said we needed. She even went so far as to tell us to scan things that we didnt want, saying so just give that a scan and holding it out, forcing us to scan them. We had a little over an hour to spend in the store, which was completely wasted with someone who didnt know us or our needs and couldnt seem to take a hint that we didnt appreciate her help at all. We finally told her we wanted to be left alone. When leaving the store, they tried to force us to make an appointment to come back and finish our registry. She also asked us where we registered for other items, and made us feel awkward that we had more than one registry open. Awful service and a complete waste of time if youre going for your registry. I would ask for Michael-he was much for informative and didnt smother you and pressure you to add things you dont like or want.

Tried to purchase bed sheet set that was on sale. There was no UPC symbol on it and it took 4 people to figure out how to look up sale and enter it for sale.
