Overall good experience with valley sports and marine. The staff is knowledgeable and polite. I was not able the purchase the product I wanted, but something similar. Not the companys fault, but a supply chain problem. I docked a star because of the staffs unwillingness to heckle with the price. I guess some would see this as fine, but I personally think a guy ought to be able to make an offer and be considered.

It is a shame that Vallely is the Yamaha dealer. I have yet to call and they have the right part in stock. To top it off, they charge shipping on every part they order. I dont understand how the Honda dealer can order parts for me quicker and with free shipping. Your customer service is likely why you couldnt make it in the snowmobile business. I will order all parts online from now on.

I recently purchased a Lund Rebel XL Tiller model from Vallely Sport and marine, and couldnt be happier with the whole experience. It was a bit of a drive for me but worth every mile! I just bought a street bike from Vallely. Dana and Ashley got me squared away in less than an hour from when I walked in. Thanks Tom abrahamson and the crew at Vallely for finding me my Mercury 9.9 EFI kicker motor. I searched all over the web and was looking at up to a 6 month delivery date. They made it happen within two. Its nice to know that during this terrible pandemic, a local dealership looks out for its valued customers and delivers.

Wasnt impressed by the Service Manager, Tim when I first went in. Dont know if he was having a bad day or what. Came in a few years later looking at a few Yamaha dual sport motorcycles. Ended up buying a new 2019 Yamaha XT250 and already put 2,350 miles on it as my daily commuter. Breakend period at 600 miles and have had no trouble with it except the speedometer us off my 7 mph found about 200 miles in. Brought it up to service center and they pretty much told me it couldnt be fixed, not sure about that as it was a brand new motorcycle.

I purchased a Yamaha Raptor 700 from Valley Sport & Marine. Customer Service/Support was great. I would shop at Valley Sport & Marine again. They have a great selection to look at.

Just picked up a very nice used dirt bike for my son. Scott, Dana, and Josh were very easy to deal with. Would gladly do business with them again!

We took our pontoon to get serviced and indicated some issues that we were having. They called and said they got everything fixed and we should come get it. It most definitely was not fixed and they didnt even look at a couple of the issues we were having! Not impressed at all since we dont live in town and it isnt easy to get to Bismarck.

I called to get parts this last Saturday and the customer service was not good what so ever. I was put on hold the first time then told I needed to leave a message and the parts guy would get back to me, an hour and a half later I called again and got the same response. I told the gal on the phone I had already left a message and she said they were short on staff and the parts guy would get back to me when he had time. It is now Monday at 8:30 P.M. and havent heard from them. I ordered my parts online. You always here buy local but it is pretty hard to if they dont need your business!

This review is 100% due to my experience with Dana A. Guy was a great salesmen. Understood my price range and showed me a few excellent boats that fit it (unlike other salespeople in this town who only want to help on big ticket purchases). I tried the largest dealer in town and was only showed boats 10-15k outside of the range I gave.... Pretty absurd.Anyways, after getting my boat, I had some minor issues and Dana actually met me at the marina to help me out. This is customer service at its its finest folks. He didnt have to do that with his time- especially for a cheaper end boat that he probably didnt make a huge commission on. But he did- and for that reason I had a great first day out on the river and Vallely Marine will be the only place in town I recommend to friends and coworkers. Thank you so much again

Answered all questions truthfully and didnt push you to the most expensive model. They listened to what we wanted and helped us find a great wave runner at a great price.

Bought a snowmobile here thinking I could service it here under warranty and valley up and stops selling them thus telling me they won’t service my machine.

No off road parts at all that I needed ordered them and got charged extra for the order these are common parts air filters bolts carb jets had to get the parts at Suzuki and they had most of them on hand
