And the 2022 Ram Limited is a beautiful dream boat pickup, wow!!! The package and feature are amazing 👏. There were features on this pickup I didnt know existed. Everyone greeted me with a smile, checked me in very quickly and within 10 min the driver was there to take me and two others to work. The conversation was great in the vehicle. Upon arrival to pickup my vehicle the gal in the Service department waved me into the shop, knew exactly who I was walked me to the cashier counter, gave me a status update on the service completed, she gave my name to the cashier, I paid and I was out of there. Efficient and gracious service and staff. Cant find that very much now days! Thank you!

I called the dealership seeking advice and Justin helped with problem solving over the phone. When we came to the conclusion my vehicle would need to be towed he cleared a place on the schedule, on a Monday morning, and had my truck repaired by early afternoon. I bought a set of tires thru their special deal. I called and asked for the total out the door price. Price was more than quoted when I went to pay after waiting 2 hrs. for the tires to be mounted and balanced. Still a little shimmy at highway speeds.My floor mats were vacuumed, but my windshield went untouched.Friendly service lady, but so so service. Also, not happy with the miss quote.

Very pleased with the service I received during my repair today with Eide, especially with Gerald Goetz going the extra mile for me. Gerald made sure to stand behind the business and treat the customer right today. Most grateful that I ended up getting helped today by Gerald. Luz seemed very sweet & knowledgeable. However, first impressions mean a lot to me. I walked in and was not greeted by a single person, despite being noticed by a few different people. I waited about 5-10 minutes before actually being acknowledged and asked if I needed help. Their inventory was okay, but their prices seemed too high. I ended up buying elsewhere.

We were traveling through North Dakota when we realized our Jeep Cherokee was running rough. After calling Eide Jeep and explaining our situation to Karleen she told me she could give us an appointment the next day. We said fine because we could stay in an RV park in the area. Karleen called us a few hours later and said if we could get there soon they could get us in.Even though they did need to keep our Jeep over night we were very thankful they fixed our our problem quickly during a busy time prior to a holiday weekend. A nice gentleman even shuttled us to and from the RV park.

Appointment was easy to set up online and easy to change when asked to bring the car 15 minutes later. Oil change was done promptly and took about 1/2 hour. People were friendly and helpful.

If you are looking for a Jeep or dodge this place is amazing. We have bought 3 vehicles from them and each time they have gone above and beyond to accommodate us. Justin F@$/$ing rocked the paperwork and sale. I was short on time and had to return the next day but the drive to Bismarck was worth it. Hopefully my kid will be equally pleased with the Avalon. Haven’t had a chance to check all of the car out yet but so far it’s a nice ride. The price was also pretty good and wasn’t as expensive as Minot overpricing where they don’t budge on sticker price.

Purchased a used Silverado in late July. Less than a month later the blower motor resistor went out. Blower wouldnt shut off when the engine was shut off. Contacted the rep I purchased the vehicle from, told her about the problem. She was hesitant to help me and said she would have to speak to the service manager and call me back. Never heard from her again. Was hoping they would at least work with me a little bit. Had to take it somewhere else.to have it diagnosed and repaired. Horsesh** customer service.

I like working with Edie. My only problem is that I paid 80,000 for my truck and there is some small things that were noticed after I bought it and told they would be fixed and I’m still to be notified that they are getting them fixed. 80,000 is a lot for a vehicle that is anything less then perfect!

Above and beyond. Excellent communication and professional attitude. I forgot to request an oil change and didn’t remember until I was on the way out of the service center. I stopped and asked about it and they immediately got it back into the shop and got the job done. Driver took me home and picked me up. Not sure what more you could expect. These guys get it, and they will continue to get my business.

I originally inquired about the new Jeep Grand Cherokee L’s about a month ago when they were just rolling into lots. We found a van we were looking for on the internet, at your dealership. We called Lux and she was very helpful and we actually made the deal over the phone. When we got to the dealership everything was ready and Jeremy had all the paperwork ready, we were a bit confused on the tax but Jeremy explained that they would collect the tax and send it to SD, there was an extra $200 which would be returned to us in a check? Still a little bit confusing but hopefully that all works. Lux was very knowledgeable on our new van and explained everything to us very well. Twice Ive taken my car in for an oil and asked they put window wiper fluid. The guy assured me they check and it would be on there check list. Well I dont know if they check it empty cause it still is. Im use to Bismarck motors. They vacuum and wash your car for free along with an oil change. I I always havewindow cleaning fluid.

The service manager got my 2019 Dodge Van in for service while traveling through. By the time we were shuttled to breakfast and back, we were on our way west with new spark plugs. Great service

People were friendly in person. However, the way they were badgering my girlfriend to come and get her Jeep off their lot, was incredibly pushy and rude. Not to mention the guy on the phone asking got an even more rude tone when he asked for my girlfriends last name (which is native American). He grew even worse, cut her off, and refused to listen to anything she was trying to say. Excuse us, we have bills, we couldnt afford an $800+ charge when we have bills, rent, and a little one to prepare for school, not to mention medical bills with my girlfriend going through cancer.Wished we gone through Kia and Subaru again.

I’ve been going to Eide Chrysler for repairs and oil changed for the past year or so, and have always been met with friendly employees and excellent customer service. I’ve ran into a few hiccups as my car is leased and they’ve always worked things out for me to help me with my vehicle!! They are always helpful and nice over the phone and have never made me feel incompetent or anything like that. I’d highly recommend going through them for maintenance!

I purchased my 2017 Ram Ecodiesel used in February of 2019 from Eide Ram with 36,000 miles on the vehicle and was happy with the sales process. When completing the sales paperwork I also agreed to purchase the 4 year unlimited mile Ram extended warranty in preparation for upcoming repairs. 2 times in the last 14 months I have had breakdowns with the vehicle which have left me stranded. The first was in AZ. When I towed the vehicle to the Ram dealership in AZ they were great to work with. They diagnosed the issue, ordered parts as needed and supplied a loaner truck for me to drive during the repair process. The dealership in AZ updated me that this was a factory recall that should have been taken care of months before I purchased the truck. The second issue was a week ago. When I called Eide Ram to schedule the appointment I was told by the service writer that they couldn’t get the truck in for 2 weeks to look at it. I explained to the person on the phone that the timeline won’t work as I needed to be back in AZ the next week. I asked for a loaner truck and was told they could not supply one to me. That being said I called another dealership in Jamestown ND and they scheduled my appointment for the next day. I brought the truck to that dealership and they had the repairs done in 4 hours. Thanks to the dealerships that can take care of customers in a timely manner! No thanks to the dealership that made their last sale to me.

Iv never had that before and made it a lot less awkward once it was time to go back and sign papers.

Went in for a oil change and tire rotation very helpful and friendly did a great job but I noticed they the clip that turns my vent left, right, up and down was broken today. It had been placed back to make it look as if it wasnt broken or anything but I noticed it was hanging down lower then the other one. When I moved it, it wasnt attached or anything just left there thinking I wouldnt notice. Wasnt like that when it went in. It was an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. Why would you even need to touch the vents?? Not happy about that.
