I’ve been to some terrible Einstein’s this is NOT one of them. It was Great service, fast friendly, clean. Delicious well prepared food.

Service was fine. Coming from Colorado where we have Einsteins, this is an abbreviated version. Dont have a lot of the options as other ones do. Bagels dont even seem the same like other Einsteins.

Staff was friendly and service was super fast. Store was clean.

Several times they close early without putting a sign up in the drive through. There was a staff member inside who actively ignored us when we tried to ask if they were open or the speaker was broken! And every time I have purchased a bagel, they put the thinnest layer of shmear so the bagel tastes dry. I much prefer the other location.

Went to get a bagel and coffee. Their website says it was open. Pulled to the drive through and sat there with another car ahead of us. Guess what it is closed. No sign at the drive through saying closed.

Great customer service, not sure what the bad review is for. Come on! its Caribou and fresh bagels. What else do you need?
