Had the gentleman diagnose my 12 year old auto start, personally thought it needed full replacement, they honestly identified the remotes as the problem and happily paid a quarter of the cost for the fix. Well done.

Knowledgeable staff and reasonable prices.They installed a low profile 10 with an amp for a decent price and gave me a great deal on a different wiring kit because the one I purchased was too thick of gauge.I recommend premier audio to anyone looking to upgrade their audio system.

Lyle at Premier Audio was great to work with, especially being from out of state. We contacted him to install some tower speakers and a subwoofer in our new boat. They were amazing, there was a misunderstanding about time and we drove from out of town. There were accommodating with getting us in and when we came back to wait, they allowed us to hang out in the theater room enjoy a movie while they finished. The best guest service I have had in a long time!

I got my stereo and remote starter installed here. I was able to drop off my car before work (its around the corner from the plant) and they had it ready for me by the time I got off. When the batteries in my key fob started dying (3-6 months is the average battery life for the two-way Viper fob, according to the guy there,) he went ahead and changed them for me for $7 and change. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Good service. Would definitely get service here again.

This store is awesome and has the most experience in town. its been awhile since I did this review. And I can still say they are the best place in town when it comes to Quality installs with a good staff and great owner and their knowledge is second to none

If i could give this place a no star i would. Im from houston tx just moved here and bought a car had them put in a pioneer bloothe toothe radio took them 2 hours they charge 75 an hour i ended up paying 135 for just a radio installation, i had a radio just like this put in three differnt cars in the past never paid more then 45 dollars ...this place is a scam they wouldnt let me go back to see the progress of the installation, prolly cuz they charge by the hour and they were taking there time....they got me good...i asked the guy why it was taking so long he said the installation tech had 30 years experience, yeah right they were racking up the hours...do not go here i warned you, if you disregard this post i wish you the best and good luck on getting ripped off

After having my vehicle serviced my starter on my remote starter stopped working and was told to go here to have it fixed. when I walked in one of the employees used rape in a joke which I thought was pretty inappropriate, but then they kept my truck to diagnose the problem. After a couple of hours I got a ride back and was charged $60 for labor and was told the module was out and need to be replaced for $120. Mad for being charged so much I said no, and I went home looked up a manual on the remote and learned it was in valet mode and now works just like it used to, seems like a scam to me Ill stop anyone I can from doing business with them.
