This is the second time buying carpet from carpet garage! Great experience each time! They respect your wants, needs, and your budget and don’t try to push you to buy certain things! I went in and told them I have 4 kids under 6 so I want something cheaper. They figured all the sq footage out and got me my carpet very quick! They call back quickly and just make sure you’re taken care of! We dealt with Jeff and he is awesome!!

Jeff was extremely knowledgeable about the products they carry. He was not at all pushy. He just sat back and listened to my wife and I as we discussed some ideas we had. He then took what he heard from us and made some great, thoughtful suggestions.He came to our house the following day for some free measurements and within 24 hours we had a quote.

Went there to match some floor tiles that my dog ate. Clerk was helpful in helping to match the tile and i was going to order a box until he told me it would be $50 to ship 1 box. I said forget it and went to Lowes and ordered the same box for free shipping.Price per box was about $10 cheaper at carpet garage but its pretty hard to justify that kind if shipping price.

Just to make it fair. After I initially had these problems, Marty the manager did correct the situation and offered a discount on my next purchase. This (of course) deserves to be noted. I changed from a one star rating to a three.Just for starters, they did not call me to let me know my flooring was in. I waited forever until I finally called them to see what the delay was. After I returned home I realized that I was missing the transtion pieces for the doorways and the staircase. I called and asked them to track those pieces down for me, then they only ordered the transition pieces for the staircase, not the doorways.Perhaps, I just happend to be that rare customer who, for whatever reason, slipped threw the cracks of customer care. I still have more flooring to buy, but it would take a personal apology and a great discount to get me to buy from Carpet Garage again.
