Excellent consignment shop!! Huge selection of clothes, shoes and accessories in great condition; some are brand new with tags. I’ve shopped here for years and they never disappoint. When you bring items to sell and they purchase from you, you can get cash or you can get a bit more bang for your buck with a store credit. I always get the store credit. Staff is friendly, upbeat and helpful.

I wanted to give away clothes and they sent me right to platos closet. The woman didn’t even bother to look in the basket I had brought.

A friend and I came here looking for a Little Black Dress . We were having a Bachelorette party for a friend. Although they had lots of clothing here Neither if us found a dress we liked. However, I still enjoy this store and live their reward/dis isnt program. So, Ill still be back.

Great! This store is a bit more expensive than I was anticipating. Despite that, I never have to worry about holes or stains on the clothes. They have a great selection of womens shirts, pants, dresses, vests, and leggings. Lots of leggings. Some shows. The employees are very friendly and amiable.

I have been shopping here for years I love the clothes and the shoes and the purses!!!! I have bought several Coach purses from clothes Mentor that I would not have been able to afford brand new.... is its always a terrific selection and quality.And the ladies who work there are wonderful too

The Bismarck Clothes Mentor is always clean and organized. The employees are friendly and make sure to help me find what I need when I shop. When I shop at Clothes Mentor I always find cute outfits and accessories at great prices! I definitely dont need to shop at the mall anymore and pay so much money to look cute.

People were not very helpful droped off name brand jeans in great condition and they did not take one pair and I waited in town for 2 and a half hrs for them to go threw them.

WOW, great deals on really nice clothes. I found 2 pair of jeans and 4 tops for less than $54. The employees were very friendly and helpful as a bonus! You cant beat the quality for the price! Ill definitely be back.

Absolutely awful. Horribly service. Very rude employees. Their reasoning for not taking items is absolutely ridiculous and makes no sense, especially when you look around their store and see clothes EXTREMELY dated, yet don’t take your clothes which are only a few years old, makes sense.
