My husband and I purchased a headstone for my mother and went and ordered a foot stone for my sister, those two young men that work in the Bismarck office are so amazing and very helpful.My mothers stone is beautiful they did a great job cant wait to receive my sisters ft stone I knowIt will be just as beautiful.Thank you .

I live in a different state and had to go through the process of ordering a monument for my mom electronically. Daniel was extremely helpful, compassionate and responsive throughout the entire process, providing details, selection options, photos, quotes - everything our family needed to make a sound decision. Their pricing was reasonable and included everything, including installation, which simplified the process for us even more. After the monument was installed, they sent us a photo so that we could see the final product. Great service overall!

The service I received from this company is pitiful. I have been trying for over a month to get a response via e-mail or phone re status of a headstone design for my mother. My calls and e-mails have gone unanswered repeatedly.

I’ve had 2 memorials done with this business they are very busy but I was serviced well. From the other places I’ve contacted they were the most reasonable and helpful. I had 2 very good experiences here

We visited Bismarck Memorial in 6/29/20 and today is 8/03/20 we have not received any type of return communication from them. They promised to get back to us with a design format for our approval, this has never happened!! We were very put off by their unprofessionalism and handling our wants and needs. Seem like they are not very interested in our business!! Hopefully they treat other potential clients better or they will shut their own doors permanently!

Asked a question and a design ....said this week maybe next week ...called the next week ....said will get to it ...been so busy ....idk if its a one.man band thats operates the whole thing or what ....all I heard how busy she was....and didnt really seem too concerned about it or convincing..that she cared ..maybe because she is BUSY ....answering phone designing delivering installing etc. Still havent got.the design that was last week..good luck
