No big talk while waiting on an order for a product you couldnt even hear, wall to wall audio/theater systems carrying something for every ones taste style and budget.Blue Hawk employees truly value building personal relationships with people over business. Patient and always going out of their way to demo and explain products for customers. Not once did I feel rushed into buying, and unlike some of the other local companies, they didnt try to push just 1 or 2 brands on me. Instead they sat me down in their demo room and let my ears feel the products they carry while explaining things and sharing knowledge most other companies wouldnt waste their time with. Michael Tanner and TJ at the Bismarck location are the best. They earned my business for life.I just finished setting up my 2.1 audio system I purchased from Bluehawk with an NAD c 326bee 2.1 ch integrated amp, Elac Uni-Fi Reference bookshelf speakers, and 1 JL Audio Dominion 110 subwoofer and Analysis speaker cables and Helios sub cable. I never thought I could get big speaker sound out of bookshelf speakers without sacrificing hi-fi sound yet to sit in my living room with your eyes closed you would think you were listening to a wall of sound.I cant wait for them to hang my 75 inch tv this Friday which will be getting a complete PSB 5.1.1 speaker setup powered by a Denon AV Receiver. Worked with Seth, he was awesome kept me informed did his research, and got the right product for me. The new dash kit and radio looks great! Retained all my factory controls and backup camera!! I would highly recommend these guys if your looking for someone who takes pride in their work and takes the time to help you out!! I recently bought a tv and sound bar with them and got a terrific deal. They came to my house 2 hours away and installed it less than a week later. The install was a wall mount on a granite fireplace, not an easy task. But they were up to the challenge.

Bought a TV from Blue Hawk Audio got a great deal on it. A few months later I was having audio issues with the TV I talked to Thad and two days later he came out and replaced it for me with a new model he had in stock! Great customer service something you will never see from any of the big box stores. Will do all of my audio and video business with them in the future!

I bought wireless headphones from Blue hawk audio in Bismark. The product was great and the service from the staff was very helpful. I will be going back to buy a home theature surround sound in a couple weeks.
