Picked up a Thunderbeast suppressor and a Proof Research Barrel from Tag Firearms. It was the best customer service and experience I have had. From helping with the paperwork, answering all my questions and helping me pick out what would be best for me and what I planned to do with it. Won’t go to another place after that.

My experience with Chris at Tag Firearms should be the training module for customer service. He is knowledgeable, customer oriented, and a pleasure doing business with. He was able to secure a extremely hard to find Radian lower, and offered flexible payment options. When it was time to ship, he was very transparent with tracking information, and the lower receiver arrived quick. Tag Firearms is a diamond in the rough among a never ending sea of FFLs. From day one of asking questions and being able to purchase the difficult to acquire (at reasonable price) Q HBSD and just recently a mini fix these guys have been awesome. Awesome company I found just be searching google.. they might not be on the top of googles list but they are on top of mines.. They had in stock some items that you can’t find anywhere and there prices are competitively right on point. So, while scouring the earth for a Q 🍯 🦡...I stumbled upon Tag’s website. Now, as most of you firearm experts know, google website prompts of dealers claiming to have this or that...isn’t always legit. So a few days I checked back, each time it still showed in stock; I finally reached out to “contact us” on their page. Chris, the owner, responded within 20 minutes via email (which doesn’t tend to happen very often). Since then, we have been down the road of purchasing class III online (which, again can not always go as smooth as you’re hoping), and the experience has been PHENOMENAL. If I were to concoct a dealer in my mind to do business with; have the brands I like to shoot in stock...I couldn’t do better. Chris & Tag are legit- period. He’s got a returning customer 5 states to the south on the hook now going forward 💯
