What a great experience. This is my first hot tub…. I have only had it a couple days but everything has exceeded expectations so far. The personable experience with the Spa’s etc staff along with the honesty and knowledge was fabulous…. The price was better than other places too. I am super happy that I purchased my first hot tub through Spa’s etc. I know if I have any questions or issues in the future…. they will take care of me. I highly recommend checking them out before you purchase anywhere else.

We purchased a hot tub from Spas Etc. this spring. The sales experience was amazing and everything was explained in great detail. This was our first hot tub so didn’t really have any idea how maintain the water or anything. The guys that delivered it got it set up and filled and explained everything. Just today we had a small issue with our tub and they were able to get someone over the same day!! It is amazing that is still a thing good people do. Usually you can’t get someone the same week let alone the same day!! Very positive experience and will definitely recommend Spas Etc. to anyone in the market for a great hot tub and experience. I had purchased a Spa from them on the past. I had moved an my daughter has it now. She had a issue. They came out an fixed told her the tub was in very good shape.I ordered up a tub after 4 years of being with out. My rheumatologist recommended Hot Water Massage Therapy. They delivered my tub set it up explained how it works an made sure everything was good before they left. The customer service is at its best . I would not buy from anyone else. These guys are great.

We have been shopping for a hot tub for a while now and haven’t really found a place or tub we wanted. Walked into Spas Etc and Deb did an amazing job showing us all the different types, the options, the prices, etc. We took our time picking one out and finally settled on one that we think was a perfect fit. It was delivered quickly, set-up was slick, Brad explained all the care and maintenance and we are so happy with our new hot tub! My in-laws actually decided to go a buy one too at Spas Etc! Jerry & his staff were a pleasure to work with. Unlike most customers, I didnt buy a hot tub from Spas Etc. Nevertheless I was treated just as well as a customer that had. Instead I acquired a used Sundance Spa which was in need of some repairs, and Jerry graciously agreed to take a look at the Spa, determine any repairs, and deliver it. Throughout the entire process I always felt well informed about what was going on. After evaluating the tub Jerry asked me to stop down so they could show me in person what repairs were needed and why. Being able to see the issues first-hand was great and shows me how honest Jerry is. I appreciate him showing me things that needed to be fixed as well as items that should be fixed and why. He always gave me the choice and was never pushy about any of it. The entire process all of the way through delivery was a great experience! Jerry and Deb provided great input in order during the planning stages to make our relaxation investment a reality! This week we had our Sundance Spa installed for its maiden voyage...absolutely incredible. Installation was a breeze on our part, Jerry and crew handled it all.And this is not our first spa from Jerry. We chose to update our 11 year old spa to a new one as we were installing a new deck/patio. The older spa, in perfect working order, became a welcomed gift to our daughter and son-in-law. Spas etc has always provided exceptional service and operational advice to us as spa owners. We are fortunate to have a business like this in Bismarck, for sure!

Very professional. They removed a hot tub out of a gazebo sunk into a deck and replaced it in 2 1/2 hours. Installed the new one and helped us get all set up with chemicals and upkeep. Couldnt be happier with our experience. Knowledgeable sales person. Very good to work with. Would highly recommend.

Jerry and his team really are fantastic. No, he didnt pay me to say that. I almost bought a hot tub from a fair and you will find ALL of the companies sling mud on each other to make it really hard to find out what you are getting for your money. After sorting through the mess, forums and YouTube i found products that were built the way I supported...Not marketing gimmicks. Jerry treated me right. No pressure. Just a genuine guy. I walked out of a hotub store in Minot ND after being given a tablet and bombarded with propaganda. Just buy from Jerry and his guys. Period.

We had been to the other hot tubs in Bismarck/Mandan and Spas Etc was by far the best deal in town plus Jerry was very knowledgeable about the different hot tubs out there. We ended up getting a Bullfrog and we LOVE it!!!!

Terrible customer service. We purchased our hot tub New and have had nothing but problems with the hot tub and staff at Spas Ect. Recently I wanted a hot tub cover ($500.00 purchase) and was told they had one but refused to sell it to me because it was in storage. Told me to come back in 2 days. Umm no thank you purchased one from Tubs N Roses for $200 less. I strongly recommend you go somewhere else.
