My mattress was shipped very quickly! we are more that happy with what we got! The sales rep. Jonathan listened to what we wanted and worked with our budget and needs! I have already recommended this store to several of my friends.

11-24-19 -- this purchase was for a mattress cover for 1 of the 2 mattresses I purchased 2 weeks ago. I was greeted when I entered the showroom and I asked for the item. Dishonest sales manager. Purchased a Purple 4 mattress, adjustable platform, etc. after four separate visits and discussions. They now claim the “free gifts” weren’t in the sales contract so they’re invalid, even though the gal went thru those offered. Then, she botched the credit application, didn’t allow me to verify her info entered, and it ended with a refusal of financing by their bank. My credit score is like 830! I had to put all $4,300 on my personal credit card. Oh well!Returning the mattress after the required 30 days and purchase elsewhere. I will not allow Madison a sales commission if it pains me to do so. Buyers beware! She responded with a snarky comment that the electronic platform is non refundable. Oh well!

I walked in to Denver Mattress looking for a new mattress. I had heard about their sale on the Dr.s Choice mattress and that was what I was looking for. No high pressured sales person bothered me. After I had looked around for a bit, Savannah Schwaller, Manager ask if I needed help? I had a few questions for her of which she gave me helpful answers.
