Highly recommended this location!! They always have what I need in stock and the folks here are super helpful and can answer any questions I might have about automotive products. Was in need of a headlight restoration kit and was looking at the Sylvania Restoration kit, they didn’t have it in stock but they were able to point me in the right direction for another good quality kit. Also have bought headlight bulbs with the warranty they provide and they’ve replaced them no hassle before. Great folks and it’s why I come to this location as opposed to closer ones to me.

The Management says they hire employees with no expertise. They dont need to know anything. The computer tells them everything! Therefore the Management must be as incompetent as the employees!!! How does a person that cant even check their own oil, locate parts for my expensive vehicles????? I suggest that anyone that cares for their vehicle go to a different parts house!!! May I suggest one where the Management knows which end of their key, to put in the front door lock!!!!!!!!!

The lead guy in the store acted inconvenienced I was there. Newer guy couldn’t figure out how to get my battery out and when lead guy came to help, got it unbolted and said it was too corroded to change and had to refund me but said they could NOT refund me taxes for one of the items. 30 minutes later I was happy to leave and check our another place with $2 in taxes in the hole as I wasn’t sure they knew what they were doing. Lady at O’Reily down the street popped out my battery and fixed me up right away. I won’t be going back here for batteries.

RICK. You are very rude. No greetings, and the guy seemed annoyed soon as me and my husband entered the shop. We were trying to see if we could return an item that didn’t work but he threw our receipt back at us and said we couldn’t because we had used it. Like, I understand we couldn’t return if used, but couldn’t you have said that and handed the receipt back nicely like how we handed to you in the first place!?!? Would it have hurt you to hand the receipt back the way it was given to you!? Didn’t seemed like it was gonna kill you to hand it back nicely sir. Rude service. Never go to RICK. Will never recommend this place to anyone who goes here. Worst service ever.
I prefer Advanced Auto to the other Auto parts stores. They usually have good deals on car fluids and are very helpful. They didnt have a filter that I needed and changed it out for a better one that would work for the same deal.
The old grumpy manager is rude. (2nd interaction with him.) My request as a customer was apparently an inconvenience to him. Mikey was nice and helpful. Wont be back, Ill stick with AutoZone.

I went to get my alternator tested because it appeared to be failing. The gentleman/employee used his portable tester and it was not working correctly. So, he decided to just remove the alternator for me and put it on the tester machine inside the store. The alternator did fail the test so I purchased a new one. The kind employee put the new one back on for me. Incredibly helpful above and beyond. Best experience ever

I went in here to buy a battery for a BMW. They warned me that I could not install this myself. I brought the battery and my car to a dealer. They said I had a bad starter and the battery was fine. They also had told me the battery I had purchased was unsafe for this car, as the battery tray was twice the size of the battery. The lock-down mech in the BMW would not hold this type of battery securely.I came to return the battery and was told I cannot return the battery because it had a scratch on the terminal. I did not see this in their return Policy on their Website.I contacted the BBB and reported this to their HQ. I supplied both my Dealer Receipt and my Advance Receipt. I should be receiving a refund check via their HQ anytime now.I am adding 1 star because there are still good people in this companys corporate HQ.

My battery died in my truck so I brought the battary here to probably get a new battery. They charged it for 3 HOURS and then said it was still good. The truck sat for 2 days not 2 weeks or anything. Said if you dont start the truck everyday its normal for it to go completely dead. Ill be going to AutoZone thanks for steering my business elsewhere and Id suggest that for others as well.
The employee at advance Auto was helpful but sold the wrong part. customer had to return part to store to get a refund etc.
Bought an alternator that lasted all of one month here, manager would not refund even when presented with credit card bill. They took original receipt when exchanging alternators 1 day after original purchase due to them giving me a 4 pin alt. Vs a 2 pin plug and would not honor their exchange receipt. I would advise against any purchase at store # 6722 in Bixby, Ok. Too many other auto parts stores to put up with the non-service here. I would give it a zero if it was an option.
