I highly recommend Kevin and his team at this shop. They perform outstanding work and will definitely help save you money in the long term. Their communication is impeccable and will always call if they find additional issues or when they resolve problems. Make sure to ask for Rod if you have any exhaust related problems as he does outstanding work. This is a fantastic team and I’m not sure if management will see this but these guys deserve a spot bonus or a raise.

We have been taking our cars here for years. We have always dealt with Kevin, who is honest, friendly and has excellent people skills. I made an appointment on Saturday for both our cars at 1 pm. We got there at 1 and were told they were running 2 hours behind. 2 HOURS... 😳. When I asked why we were told to make an appointment... I was rudely told they could not help what came in, in the morning. Im not going to put the rude workers name... Maybe he was having a bad day. But in my opinion .. If he is going to let the shop get that far behind... He should at a minimum call people with actual appointments and let them know before they drive down there. We will likely continue to take our cars there... But will only deal with Kevin and only go on days when he is there.

They have excellent prices and the service they provide is unmatched. Ive had multiple oil changes and brakes changed and they always get the job done right. Definitely take your vehicle here. Kevin is awesome!

Midas was able to get me in on Tues morning with no appointment made prior. They fixed my air conditioning unit fast and promised if any problems came up I could come back for free to make sure it works. They are always kind, quick, and affordable so the Bixby location is my favorite.

Called for a price on a fix. Bring it in and let me look at it. I dont have time to sit there for inspection. I just need to know a ballpark figure. Why is this so hard??

Took my car in for an alignment and have been back 3 times. Each time I was told there was a new problem to be fixed which I wasn’t made aware of before. $1100 later and care still isn’t aligned. Waste of time, go somewhere that will take care of your vehicle and your time.

Excellent service here, had an oil change and also had diffs and transfer case drained and filled. Super fast on oil change for a drop-in. Also let me bring in the oil I wanted to use. Kevin helped us out both times. Will come back here again when in the area.

I stopped in because I heard the sound no one wants to hear when they push on their brakes. They did a check and said my brakes were fine there was a pebble in there. We brought our 15-year-old van to the Bixby Midas to get the exhaust system replaced, as 5 previous shops said our vehicle would need. I know where to go now for our car repairs, as Rod, Kevin, & William were all a pleasure to work with. To our surprise, Kevin insisted that we didnt need a new muffler, just the connecting exhaust pipe. His estimate for repairs was $300 less than the others and we got the work performed quickly. William even came to my home to get me when I didnt have a ride to get it after the work was done! Amazingly professional, personable, and economical, I say!

I have always been treated well, gotten good fair deals and they have been honest about all services. They even gave me the chance to get a part from a dealership (the dealership gave me a better price and saved on delivery) They have also been truthful and considerate letting me know if they were not comfortable performing a service that would be better done with exact manufacturer recommended supplies and trained techs. As a female it means a lot to know that I can trust them to be honest with me about what my vehicle does and doesnt need.

They seemed expensive, compared to others. That being said, they were able to get me in right a way.It took them 40 minutes from the time they pulled my car in, which seemed like a long time. They didn’t vacuum or wipe windows, like most do, (for $133).They were polite and honest, and didn’t try and sell me anything more than the oil change.I thought it was strange that they adjusted my seat, rear view mirror, steering wheel, and dash board displays, just to get it in and out of a garage door, but not a big deal....Other oil change places show you oil level, cap on tight, etc., they just said “thank you, here are the keys”.Overall experience; expensive, and it took forever..........

Absolutely the best place to have your car service. My car is over 10 years old and they keep it running. And all the employees are so very nice. I feel like they are part of my family.

I have always felt taken care of when going to this Midas location! In this case, I was over quoted at a local shop and called them and they quoted me spot on where I felt like the price should be. They also got my car done within the hour upon arrival, which was very helpful to the routine of my day. I appreciated the service given and will highly recommend to my friends.

This time was bad. We got a coupon in the mail for 18.99 for an oil change, simple. I called Kevin to confirm and tell him my hubby was coming. My hubby gets there and they charge him 48 dollars!!! What the heck! Never going back to Midas again. Just lost put business! No tire rotation, no special offer.

I brought my wifes truck in for an oil leak and some other maintenance needs. The staff are incredibly friendly as well as knowledgeable in a fields and aspects of vehicle repairs. This Midas shop has been our go to place for most all of our car needs. The guts here are 1 in a million. Ive recommended this place to at least 20 people and all our kids. They take the time to explain everything and answer all questions. On a scale of 1 to 10 they hit the 20 meter. Way to go guys!

They pay attention to detail and always explain why something might need to be repaired and dont pressure you into additional services. This began with receiving a coupon in the mail for $25 off per axle on brakes and as mine were in need of replacing, I decided to call and get pricing. After getting the same numbers from two different stores (who both confirmed the math I repeated back to them as the out the door total), I decided to bring my vehicle to the closer location because it was cheaper than my normal mechanic. Big mistake.I made clear to the manager I ONLY wanted the brake pads and rotors replaced, nothing else. Chit chatted a bit while I waited for my ride and off I went. An hour later I got a cheery call saying the total would be $445 dollars if I didn’t want them to replace the battery because it was leaking acid, and did not want the ball joint replaced which was supposedly loose. Firstly, that number was a full $300 HIGHER than I was quoted by two different employees not two days prior. Secondly, my mechanic just replaced the tie rod and ball joints on that side of the car three months ago. After acting like he didn’t know what I was talking about with my numbers, he quickly backed down and adjusted the price when I told him the name of the person at his store that gave me the quote. Final figure came out higher than it was supposed to, but that’s because the employee I first spoke with neglected to tell me the cost per hour of their labor in his “out the door number.”At this point I’m pretty steamed but I needed the job done and didn’t have time to go elsewhere so I said do it... when I got to the store to get my car, I noticed that a little red box was ticked saying one or several exterior lights was inoperable. IMAGINE MY SHOCK considering I replaced both brake lights four days prior to this encounter and used ALL of my other lights as I was driving my car to do it off.Long story short: if they’re the kind of scammers that will get so low down and dirty as to try to grift you out of some three dollar light bulbs, imagine how bad you’ll get screwed on bigger jobs. Buyer beware. Stay away.

I would highly recommend this Midas location. This is an employee-owned location and it is apparent that all of the employees at this location take great pride and ownership in the business. After shopping around I found that their prices are much better than their competition and plus they do a great job of letting you know where they are in the repair process and explaining the work that is being performed. I first came in to have the brake pads on my Escape replaced and was so happy with the service that was provided I then brought in my Ranger a couple of weeks after that to have the u-joints replaced. When having the u-joints replaced, Eddie pointed out that my transmission mounts were loose and took care of this for me. I noticed a difference right away in how smooth this made my ride when accelerating. Overall a great experience!

Went there to fix a stiff power steering in my Accord.Their quote was competitive compared to other locations.Despite issues with their part supplier, they kept me informed daily of the cars progress.Although it was not their fault due to a delay with parts, since the car was delivered a few days later than their original estimate, they gave me a free oil change and waived (without a request from me) some of their labor costs.Great staff and a fantastic managing team!!!

First off, I just want to say that Midas and it’s employees are nothing but stellar!! Ok, now to the review. I just read a review that does not match up to what I know about Kevin the manager at the Bixby Midas Store. I know Kevin. He spent 20 years of his life serving his country in the United States Air Force. He carried those Air Force Values “Integrity First, Service Before Self, and Excellence in All He Does”. He carries these values to this day and knowing him, his mechanics are also going to fall in step with his values. To me, the review sounded like he didn’t get his way, which in his opinion he only serves himself. I know these types of “Spoiled Brats”. He was squawking about brakes and rotors costing too much. Maybe he should learn to do them himself like a big boy. He was mad that they identified a leaking battery?? I would rather spend $100 dollars to replace a battery than spend $400 to replace the battery and all the wiring that the acid destroys. Another thing I laugh about is that he would rather pay a $50 traffic ticket for a burned out light bulb than $3 to get a new one. His sense of saving money doesn’t line up with me. Kevin has the heart of a lion and is gently like a lamb. He said Kevin quickly backed down, it wasn’t because he was in the wrong, it was because he didn’t have the whole story, didn’t know The whole situation, and was trying to help him get his car fixed. I love it when my mechanics tell me things wrong with my truck. That way I can get it fixed before bigger problems happen. It’s called “Preventative Maintenance”. People need to look up and understand the definition.Well I will get off my soap box for now. Kevin and crew, keep up the outstanding work and don’t let knuckleheads this this one deter you. Took my 2003 Nissan Altima in for a squeaking breaks, and Jeff was really helpful. He inspected everything visually and then took my car and drove it to hear see how it felt. Came back in and politely told me the noise was simple glazing of the brake pads and I had nothing to worry about. He even told me the width of the pads and let me know I had quite a while before I needed to service them and that the inspection was free of charge. Really honest guy, other places wouldve squeezed every dollar out of me. I got home and realized that Id forgotten to tell him about the leaking Id noticed under my car a few days earlier. Called him up and he laughed and told me to bring the car back. Not 15 minutes later I was back at the Midas dropping the car off. Turns out I had a small leak in the radiator and a big leak in my power steering fluid hose. Quoted me a very reasonable price on both services, and I was picking my car up the next day. MC was there instead and he was very likeable and friendly, even explained to me all the types of car lingo in a way that made me feel very comfortable. He joked around and was extremely great with customers and multi-tasking when it was just him working in the office. Super honest guy and real knowledgeable as well. All I can say is that after bouncing from shop to shop, Midas will undoubtedly continue to have my business and loyalty at their Bixby location as long as MC and Jeff are employed there.

Got my muffler replaced. Staff was so friendly and helpful. I was having issues with my window and they told me they could fix that too. The dealership quoted me over $1,000. Midas only charged me a third of that. Very honest people. They definitely have my business.

The nicest people. Chris went out of his way to help me when my muffler was on the verge of falling off and was making and unbearable rattling noise. The noise was so loud that the car couldnt be driven without ear plugs. Of course this happens on the holidays, when everyone is closed or completely booked up. He stayed and got me fixed up at a reasonable price. He earned my respect and my thanks but more importantly all my future business. I highly recommend them if you want honest, fair priced work done on your car or truck. Thanks again Chris!

I had a very pleasant expierence here! My air conditioner in my car had stopped working right around the same time as one of my tires went flat. I had looked up some prices based on what I was thought was wrong with my air conditioner. I just figured it was the air compressor, which is VERY expensive to get repaired. I also figured I would have to purchase a new tire. What else was I supposed to do? It’s 105 degrees out every day and my job depends on my driving. I have no choice but to drop an insane amount of money and get both fixed. Sigh. HOWEVER, when I spoke to the manager, Chris, about my issues and concerns he reassured me not to worry and he would personally take a look at it. Awesome! He was so kind and patient, explained everything and answer all my questions with kind and honest answers. I was happily surprised that I would not have to purchase a new tire, but all it needed was a patch! It was way cheaper than an entire new tire. Next, the air conditioner. Ah yes. I planned, reluctantly, on dropping a fat stack on this. However, Chris ensured me that the freon was just “overcharged”. I didn’t know what this meant but he explained it well. Basically, it means there was too much Freon. So, he drained it and refilled it. I ended up saving my fat stacks and drove out of there in the 105 degrees Oklahoma heat with my windows rolled up and my AC blasting ice blocks. Ah yes. It was a great drive home. Thank you again, Chris!

I have been to this Midas location twice and both times I received excellent service.Today I had some tires put on the vehicle and they did a free courtesy check. They also have 2 offers for payment assistance one with the Midas credit card and another that doesn’t effect your credit which is awesome for when I need some major services done.The manager (Chris) looked like Chris Pratt and sounded like Brian Callen (from MadTv). The guy that put our tires on looked like Jeffrey Wright from West World.They were all nice and friendly to talk too and more than helpful getting price quotes for other vehicles for different services. Definitely recommend this place!

Go in to fix one thing they always have a list of part they want you to replace that dont need to be I had them telling me to replace something I replaced months before also super expensive almost 300 dollars for a ac repair I got fixed for under 200 dont waste your time or money.

Went in with online appointment. Manager does not even know I had one. I was just in for a break pad replacement. Three hours later I was still waiting. The manager were more interested with bigger repair job than mine and kept pushing me back. The manager was argumentative when I pointed out my issue.The manager and the crew was too busy doing push up competition at in the shop than actually working and getting things done.Will never come to this shop with the worst customers service I have ever experienced.

I was down on my luck searching for a a great mechanic shop and found Midas. They had my vehicle back up in running in a day and a half. DO NOT GO HERE - Reviews on here are fake, they checked under my hood and started messing with my fluids when I specifically said not too. Theyll tell you you need parts that you dont. If you get a break inspection and they say you need rotors have someone else check also as this is their main way to get you.

Came here because I had a coupon for a $20 conventional oil change and I saw the place had good reviews. Figured it would actually cost $20 since I had gotten conventional oil changes at other mechanics before without any problems. Not to mention the fact that I’ve never been to a mechanic that didn’t ask if you had a preference. Now, I’m not knowledgeable in the oil changing field by any means, so I asked why it costed $45. His explanation consisted of blaming Ford for the higher price even though I had never been informed of that reason before. The manager then turned the conversation on me and implied I was calling him a liar. He was overly defensive, to the point where I literally told him I was not trying to argue with him. Extremely poor conflict management by the manager. Will not recommend or return.

Very friendly staff! I only get my oil changes from Midas. They are helpful, and they dont make you feel clueless or try to get you to spend money on things you dont need.

There are actual repairs that get done in shops and actually require work to be done on a vehicle. our van has been a pain for a week now, but the guys at the bixby location have been persistent on getting to the bottom of the actual problem. not once have they been angry about our van being a tough nut to crack. if anything theyve been amazingly patient and gracious while solving the mechanical issues. other shops in the past have simply said well, we dont know so we cant work on it. the diagnostic and troubleshooting they have gone through reminds me of a time when mechanics were an actual thing. it seems today if you cant google it and find the fix, just get a new car. i am simply amazed at their work ethic and am glad to see it. further to note, i have not once spoke to them directly, my wife has handled the entire ordeal and they have not treated her like a dumb woman and tried to sell her a new motor or something like that. all in all, theyve definitely got the midas touch. so thank you chris, clayton, rod, and whoever else is making mechanics great again.

Ive taken every vehicle Ive ever owned to this shop, until now... my vehicles modified suspension seemed to blow their mind. despite 4 or 5 reminders (and leaving them with instructions) midas failed to check my caster settings which changed my toe settings. Im very upset that midas would treat a return customer like this. I was scammed out of 70 dollars. customer service was great besides that.

So about a month ago I went in and got my oil changed. Today I went to a different mechanic to get my o2 sensor changed, turns out my oil was never changed! Midas charged me for something that they never did! This is infuriating, I suggest no one ever go to them obviously they cant be trusted! You could have ruined my car!!

I started my car up late Thursday evening and it was making a horrible noise. I went home and looked up places to have the exhaust system looked at - and was prepared that I would have a hard time getting in, getting an appointment, etc..This was not my experience at The Midas shop in Bixby. Jeff answered the phone, was friendly, and gave me great directions to turn onto a side street vs. fighting the traffic on one-way Memorial. While I was waiting my turn, I listened to how he spoke to the person in front of me - he was kind, made sure she had a ride, and talked to her with respect. When I described my problem to him he gave me a list of the most likely causes, asked if I wanted to wait or drop it off, and assured me that they could complete the work today if it was one of the most common causes (and it was Good Friday). I told him we were going to the movies - he said no problem hed leave a message and if I approved the work - they would have it done today. He did exactly as he said, the estimate was spot on, and he also asked me if I would like an oil change and the wiper blades changed. No sales pressure - but I appreciated having those things done for a reasonable price and I didnt have to make another stop and wait.I also observed them with another customer. She had a beautiful white car from the late 1970s in pristine condition. I noted that someone as particular about this classic car - would come here for regular services. My car is neither classic, nor beautiful - Im just thankful it runs ;0) but they treated me as if we were all the same.My car was not dropped off until around noon - they are supposed to close at 6pm - but they stayed late to make sure my car was ready. The price was exactly what they said it was - and very reasonable.My experience was like going to a hometown old-fashioned kind of car repair shop where they take the time to learn your name, stand behind their work, and keep their word even when it causes them to stay late on a Friday. I didnt expect Nordstrom - like customer service in a muffler, brakes, and oil change service center - but thats exactly what I received.Jeff and staff -- Thank you!
