We ordered tile that was supposed to be in within a week. We called after a week & a half & they didn’t know who we were nor had they ordered our tile. We went back in & ordered the tile again & we’re told 1 week. 5 weeks later they called my brother in law & told him his tile was in. (He had ordered from them 6 years ago) They never have called us. Needless to say we went elsewhere & thank goodness no money was exchanged.

We selected Floorhaus for our hardwood floors & tile in our custom built home. Working with Tyler and his staff were amazing. We also needed last minute repairs on our existing home before we could sell it. Tyler and his team highly professional, attention to detail and customer service deserves a 5 STAR Rating! If you are looking for a small business feel, someone who knows who you are not just another invoice, Floorhaus will make you feel that you are the most important customer they have ever worked with while giving you excellent service and product.

If we could give them zero stars, it would be more accurate. Funny how 3 of their 5 star reviews here are from employees or former employees. I guess they have to do something to try & keep their Google review higher because the reviews given by the employees & former employees does not reflect the service you will get if you take your business here. Beware of doing business with these people.

Our house flooded and we were referred to them for new floors! Tyler came and measured and we had our wood floor installed within two weeks! So thankful we had them do it. It is BEAUTIFUL. They were such a pleasure to work with!

Terrible customer service.. Tried for almost a week of leaving messages for Tyler Bird before going into store again to schedule an estimate. Said he would have it in a week. Nothing. Called and said he had it and would send it over that day. Waited another week. No response to message or text so went to the store only to be told by Tyler that he was working on the estimate now (wow again!) I told him given his terrible customer service not to bother. No excuse or apology was given. Wasted 3 weeks. You would have thought we only wanted a bathroom done instead of 560 sq ft of tear out and tiling. You can go somewhere else, they don’t need the business.

Work was not completed, company didn’t respond to phone calls or emails in a timely manner. Company didn’t schedule times to do work just showed up, work was never completed properly.

Virgil is surpurb fellow and I recommend floor Haus to anyone whom might be looking to remodel. Whether it be soft goods or hard surfaces . A+

Nice products..! Good quality flooring but make sure you get everything to get it installed correctly..

We had water damage in our home from an LG washer issue. Our home is entirely wood flooring. David from Floorhaus came out and gave us an estimate to repair damaged area and to re-sand and finish our entire house. We decided to go ahead and have the entire house hand-scraped as well. Kept dust to a minimum and completed the floors on time and they look beautiful. Would highly recommend them.
