Mohawk guy was no help as far as customer service.. A young fellow there was honest and helpful 👍 but unfortunately Mohawk man ruined the experience by not breaking eye contact with his phone... giving half donkey answers. Hate to be that person that tells the truth but thought 2 stars was appropriate and only for the young guy that works there and Ryan that works there who was not present at this particular incident

Nice little gun shop. As with any small gun store, if youre polite, youre a customer. If you want to be impatient or a jack, youll have better luck at Academy

In and out....friendly and knowledgeable these folks will take care of you. I purchased everything I needed to build my first rifle. Was given plenty of options that fit my needs and budget. Had 2 issues both of which were corrected promtly with receipt. Will continue to do business with them and will recommend them to everyone searching for that accessory or gadget for their firearm.

Went to this shop yesterday to possibly get parts for my AR and have some questions answered but when I got there it was closed with no signage at about 1 pm. Called them right there but no answer. Tried calling a few more times during the day but still no one answered the phone. Bad impression on me for my first time going there.

I shop there quite often. Ive never had a single bad existence. The only thing that is preventing me from giving them a full 5 star rating is their web site. Rarely updated. I get that they probably dont have time to answer the phone but Id like to know if they have the complete upper or parts in looking for before I drive 1.5 hours and find out they are out.

Great gun shop. I drive from north of Tulsa and pass many gun shops to go to this one, which is south of Tulsa. Fat Boy tactical has great prices and they are friendly. Where else can a guy get a forged T7075 AR15 lower for $45? Thats right, there aint another place! Suck on that Tulsa gun shops.

Never answered the phone to confirm whether they had the product I was looking for. I show up anyway and ask the gentleman at the desk, and he points me in the direction where the product may be and he really doesnt know what all he has in stock. Then I inquire about guns for sale and he says what you see is what we have and it was two pistols and about 6-8 AR complete uppers. My guess is that they are going out of business. Thats the only thing I can think of.

Won a free bad ass trigger from these guys. Was going to buy one anyways so I guess now Ill have two. Kick ass service!

Great prices and friendly helpful staff, they answered all my questions and will even pull and prep your online order for a quick pickup. They have a lot more stock of stuff that is not on the online store, best to call or better yet stop by and browse.

Im on Marc Millers side here. We went to a range recently and I put the wrong size round in my ar. It got stuck of course. Not knowing whether it was live or not, I called f.t. Even though they were closed, they got the round out for us and wouldnt take any money. In the words of the famous barbarian, Ill be back.

Ordered a few things from them so far and havent been disappointed yet. The latest item was their new blue trigger. Couldnt be easier to install and the quality is second to none. I highly recommend them and their trigger.

They only want to sell what they have in stock witch isnt bad if thats what you want. They didnt have what I wanted to build and didnt have any interest in ordering or checking on distributors for prices. Basically told me just go online and order it myself and build myself. I felt like I wasted my time. I have been there 3 time with ideas over the last couple years and the experience hasnt changed. Dont think Ill ever go back.

Great selection of tactical items, I havent found a shop similar that has this big of a selection at these low prices. The employees there truly enjoy their job and it shows. Anyone I run into that is looking for parts I send them to FBT. I just wish they would franchise to a closer place to home. If there were FBT shops on every corner like Starbucks, the world would be a better place.

They never pick up the phone! I emailed them half a dozen times and they never emailed me back! My order is still sitting in their building waiting to be shipped one week later!

I cannot count the number of times that I have called these guys........They NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE............Why have a phone when you never answer it. I wonder how much business they have lost because of this.

Ordered some parts for my AR15 and they were shipped same day. Showed up 2 days later in perfect condition and exactly as described. Will continue to buy from them for any of my future builds!

Ordered a upper at 530pm and was shipped within hours. At 11:00pm it was already in Tennessee. Ordered a stripped lower and was at my FFL within 2 days. Excellent prices and excellent service. Always get a email within 30 minutes, even after hours. Will be ordering another lower within the next couple days, just becasue of the service!

Great place, great prices, great people. Overall, its the best gun shop in N.E. Oklahoma. Im not sure what the overpiced dude was smoking or why KSG dude is upset with Fat Boy for not exchanging his faulty KSG. Everybody knows that gun shops dont warranty the firearms they sell. I think that its Academy that has a sign that says something along the lines of never entering the store with a firearm again.Anyway, awesome place to shop online or in person. Im sure the other local shops hate the Fat Boys.

Dont trust anything they tell you over the phone.I live 40 minutes away so I call to check stock and prices before I drive to the store.1st time, they told me they had something in stock, 40 minutes later when I arrived, they couldnt find it. Wasted trip.2nd time, told me something was $250 and in stock, when I got there, it was over $500.They wont get a 3rd chance. Ill mail order it.

Worst FFL I have ever dealt with. Cant get transfers in timely manner, business never answers the phone. I have tried multiple times with this business. I have directed that business to Tulsa firearms. Much better customer service and response to customers.

My first time using fatboy tactical. I ordered my lower parts kit on Christmas Eve and even with all the holiday rush going on and the weekend... I still got my order by the 29th. Im sure I will use them again.

So far my opinion is terrible I ordered complete upper on the 4th waited 5 days and recieved nothing called and they said ok our fault and shipped another my opinion was high then but now the same thing is happening again and guess what they never answer there phone when you call during business hours so now what do I do accept that I will never get my part and I just wasted 164 dollars. Dont expect any more orders from me unless you can fix my shipment and somehow expedite the shipping so it doesnt take so long or just disappear!!!

Easiest review Ive written to date. Last month I was looking for a few AR15 parts to start a new build and found FBT with a sale on parts. Prices for their lower receiver and parts kit were incredible considering so many over charge. Placed my order and assumed my FFL would have it ready in 5 or 6 days after shipping.48 hours later my ffl contacted me stating my first parts had arrived. I get excited when doing a new build because weapons are a source of happiness and I love nothing more than a new toy. Fatboy will get all my future business and I tell everyone I know how decent their order completion and speed of delivery is. These people rock!

I ordered a pair of stripped uppers from them on a wednesday and they came in that friday. Im very well pleased with their service 5 stars just isnt enough.

After a year or so of having a plain jane a2 rifle, i thought it was time to make it my rifle. a few of the shops in town had an ok selection of accessories. what i wanted just wasnt out there. you can look online all day, but handling the gear and getting a sense for what exactly it is you are looking at has always been a big part of my purchasing process. i had a customer at my job tell me that there was a hidden gun store in bixby. so i go check out this fat boys, crammed in a small building next to a fru fru haircutting spot. remember when you were a kid and went to the store with your parents, and you think youd been really good all week and they say no, no toys this time. but then once all the shopping is done and youre heading for checkout, but then dad turns the other way and you knew you were going to the toy section. once you turned the corner and get handed 5 bucks you break into a smile and see all the amazing things you can now own, that is the same feeling i had when i stepped into fat boy tacticals. the amount of uppers, lowers, barrels, triggers, free float tubes, complete rifles kitted out, knives, grips, stocks, flash hiders, compensators, cleaning supplies, all that and more was at least twice the amount anywhere else. at the time, all i could afford was jack. they had tshirts, and i knew this was a different kind of store, so i had to get one. the wife even like the shirts, and she wanted one. the fat boy saw my hesitation, so he says how about two for one? as a gesture of customer service and gratitude, he sold me two shirts for the price of one, and he got free marketing out of us. after a while, they had to move locations. their new shop is bigger and better, with a huge amount of pistols available now (which other shops claim those are hard to get ahold of). i was able to outfit my rifle, create what i had envisioned, and even traded in my semi stripped upper receiver for credit. now i can truly say this is my rifle, there are many like it, but this one is MINE.

I ordered a FBT barrel, I installed it on my Spikes Tactical upper with a Fail Zero BCG. I checked the head space only to find the bolt would not close on the go gauge. I emailed them and they suggested I use a caliber brush on the barrel and retry the go gauge. I did that and the bolt would still not close. So they sent me another barrel. I installed the 2nd barrel only to have the same issue. After this I decided 2 strikes were enough for me. I chalked it up to a $90 learning experience and ordered an Odin Works barrel. I however had no problems with their customer service. They were very professional and accommodating with sending me the second barrel. The build Im working on is a Christmas present to my father. It will be late but I feel better having a barrel that is correct. I will continue to use this store I just wont be buying anymore barrels. Again great customer service just not impressed with their barrels.

I went in & bought an upper receiver from them b4 they went to Vegas. I was short on money but those guys worked numbers n with me to make sure I got wat I needed. All my ARs that I have n built(4) came from fatboy tactical. The last one I built cost almost $600 in parts. By the time I left they(especially Big Jeff) made my cost under $450 plus with love n a smile. He n his staff are very considerate about their costumers n business. My next project is definitely go b FATBOY STYLE BABY FOR REAL THO.....YEEEEEEAAAAAAA.....

Anyone who is complaining about this place is crazy!! There is NO PLACE in town that has prices this low. Its basically internet pricing in a store. Super knowledgable staff, I have had problems getting my AR pistol to run right. They looked it over and told me what I needed without even charging me!! NO ONE INTOWN has the selection of magpul accessories like they do. I absolutely love Fat Boy Tactical. I went to gander mountain and returned all of my stuff I had just bought for my AR and bought it from FBT and saved $75. Place is killer. Tell me some place else I can get Magpul Pmags in tulsa Oklahoma for $10 each?!?!? Yeah you cant. FAT BOY TACTICAL IS THE BEST!!!

I have been to the Fatboy tactical storefront many times. I have never had a bad deal there and their customer service was great in-store. The fat guys behind the counter were especially helpful and fun - the skinny serious guys - not so much.Prices in fatboy have been extremely reasonable. Just check out their online store. I know of no other place in existence where one can get a stripped lower or a magpul mag at a cheaper price.I have purchased a grab bag of various stuff from these guys including an entire AR upper and never had a problem.Some people are complaining that they are overpriced. I will say some of their gear is overpriced - but wasnt made that way by fatboy tacticals profit margin. They sell at a price where they can to make a profit and some items (like magpul flip up iron sights, etc) dont feel like $50 or $100 worth in your hand.Some people leaving reviews here are complaining about fatboy tactical not absorbing the cost of a defective product. I am disappointed they decided to sell a Kel-tec KSG, as it would be better for them in the future to stock only high quality products. Kel-tecnades shouldnt be on that list and I certainly wouldnt have bought one. Just do a search for Kel-tec KSG, watch the videos, read the reviews, and that should be enough.

Buyer beware!I purchased a Kel Tech KSG on 11/29/14. After firing a few rounds the gun had a catastrophic failure - Pieces of the gun actually flew off of the gun when it fired. I called Fat Boy Tactical and the made it clear that it was not their problem. I spent $30 and a great deal of time to ship the gun back to Kel Tek. Kel Tech did repair the gun but didnt bother to tell me that the gun had been shipped. After another huge hasel, I finally received the gun yesterday. I just got home from the range where the gun had the exact same failure with plastic flying off of the gun. I am lucky I did not get injured. I asked for a refund. I tried calling but apparently they do not take phones calls and insist on only email.Their response to my request for a refund on 3/14/2015:Hi James,I am sorry you are having trouble with your new gun. We do not take returns on firearms. This is a warranty issue between you and Kel Tec.I will be writing a letter to the Broken Arrow, Ok better business bureau. There are lots of places to buy guns online and in person. I recommend you skip over this one.
