I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance to get mine and a friends Ear impressions done for Custom In Ear Monitors. I never received a call confirming an appointment, so I called to confirm and was directed around call after call and finally a lady confirmed my appointment, but said that they had to push it to 1:30. No problem, that worked fine with me. 15 minutes later, I receive another call from a lady saying that some new customers were looking at hearing aids to buy and because my appointment was, and I quote, just impressions, I was being booked for another time and another day. So basically because they were making more money from someone else, they pushed me out. What a horrible way to run a business, telling a customer that their appointment isnt important. Ill never even think about coming here again, and Ill tell everyone I know to steer clear from Miracle Ear. You guys are terrible. You lost an easy $100. Good job.

Scheduled 1pm appointment, arrived 10 minutes early, doors locked and lights off. No phone call as to why they were closed.
