This is the most amazing location to rent a storage unit at. The ladies in this office are the most precious and helpful. They are there at anytime to help you with anything you need. They will help you load and unload. They keep the premises clean and tidy. They are truly two of the most amazing ladies I have ever met. They will always have bmy business.

I left them a 5 star rating as it is clean and well maintained. I stopped by in July and told the woman in the office we were leaving because we had a move out date of 8/3. We moved out and a woman driving a cart said not to worry, I didn’t need to stop by office as she would take care of our move out. It’s now 8/13 and I was billed for a full month of August. I called to see if it was being prorated and the answer is no because I didn’t sign paperwork 10 days in advance. I also was told I had to stop autopay on my computer account, but I never had one. I signed all the paperwork in office for auto pay. So I asked to “use” my unit through August. Nope, they already rented it out. Oklahoma is a state where you can’t make @double money off of rent. So a heads up if you are going to rent from them.

I was stressed from moving and not being able to find a unit at other storage facilities. When I called Simply in Bixby they were super friendly and held a unit for me until I was able to get to the office. I highly recommend this facility for your storage needs.

I was impressed with the helpful staff and clean well laid out property. The prices were not the cheapest but they were not out of reason either. The price provides the customer with a well lit and safe experience in which they can store their gear safely.

Clean, well-maintained facility and helpful, friendly staff. Rented a climate-controlled unit and was very pleased. Very clean storage units! Hardly any dust on items after storing for 2 years. Had several size unit options available when we needed to rent space. Would recommend this facility. Would give it 5 stars if our rates hadn’t increased after a few months, but they did say rate increases were possible when we signed the contract so I was informed beforehand.

We love this facility. It is clean, well lit and has great access times. We stored here once before but had to move our belongs due to personal financial reasons. But the need arose to find a storage facility and we immediately knew where we were storing our belongings.

Great service. My father in law rented the unit after being moved into a memory care facility. We had to come empty it out this past weekend. The ladies were very nice. Offering us an empty unit nearby so we could sort stuff out. Helped with the Salvation Army pick up and everything. They made a difficult day for family much more tolerable. Thanks for the help.

My husbands job transferred him and along with that we didn’t get our regular checks for about two weeks. That made us late on our storage. I called the office and explained our predicament to no avail. We have been with them almost a year and have always paid our bill. The office then gave me corporates number to see “if they could work something out” also to no avail. All I kept getting was an automated voicemail to leave a message. We are now facing auction with our grown children’s memorabilia inside the storage! Very sad! This company has no compassion nor do they care. And by the way, the prices and made up late fees are ridiculous! Hope Simply Self Storage has a Merry Christmas on OUR dime!!!

We have been renting a space here for years and its a nice facility and weve had no problems with theft. We actually just outgrew our space and Nicole was very helpful in finding us two larger spaces that were side by side. Perfect.

If I could rate some of the workers in a different review I would give them 5 stars, no doubt. But...... You all used to be Self Storage Depot -Bixby, but now with new owners and the name change... more and more fees keep coming up every couple of months. I have had a storage unit there for years and have referred some friends there as well. The price of the unit started at $200 and a couple of days ago I got a letter in the mail saying, it is for insurance... ummm WHAT HAVE I BEEN PAYING FOR? I already pay insurance on it every month, or so I was told thats why it was being raised the last 3 times. Now with my bill being $240 it is getting a little insane. you all are scamming people into all of these little fees, etc. So me and 3 of my friends who have units there, will be taking our storage units somewhere else. And there are MANY storage places in good areas close by with just the same size units, etc. AND you can save $75-$150 PER MONTH!!!!!!!

This coming from a 4-year plus customer with multiple units.Youve priced yourself out of my business with about 3 price increases in the last 6 months. I can now rent same size units at a location that is just as nice and well-maintained, and closer to my house. I can save $150+/month.....and not forced to purchase duplicate insurance.You used to allow your customers to use a truck for free....thats been discontinued.I like the long term staff....but the new ownership....not so much.I will be out of all my units by the end of this month.

Ask what concerns were and helped picked right unit for my needs. Looked at unit and explained terms and everything . Ok. Brandy is amazing. Ive rented 4 units easy peasy with her. Twice--she even filled out my paperwork before I got there to help expedite the process and brought a lock to my car as my toddler was ill!!! Im telling you this kind of service is just unheard of anymore. I was super thankful. She was a delight. Working super hard!!! The units are nice. The location was perfect for us. Super happy with the experience. With moving being insane and stressful...shes been a bright spot in my days!!!
