I was passing through town and had a leak in my car. Googled shops in the area and Carson had the best reviews so I called them. He squeezed me in so fast and was so kind and helpful. Would recommend to anyone!

Excellent service at a fair price.

Carson auto shop told me I needed my spark plugs and coils replaced for the cost of $200. My car ran good for a week then it started to lose power when I drove. I had another macanic check my car and he said the problem is who ever change your spark plugs put the wrong spark plugs in. Also the coils were all different and the two that Carson auto shop renewed forgot to take out the plastic off of the coils. I feel like I got token advantage because I thought there were reliable.

Thanks to their expertise they said that the car would need in excess of $2000 worth of repairs! They also mapped out the costs! Needless to say we did not purchase that car thanks to them! Wow wow amazing and so honest, thought it was going to be a major repair, was told by others it was this and that one place wanted to charge 90 an hour just to look at it, took it to Terry and couple of hours later it was a 80 dollar repair. And that also included topping off all fluids and new oil filter, its so hard theses days to find a honest automotive repair shop. But I found one, all my stuff will go to him and anyone I know will know about is shop. Thanks Terry

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Carson Automotive! I was having issues on I-15 and was exiting in Blackfoot when I gave them a call. I was able to get a quick over the phone diagnostic and was told they would be able to take a look if I came in before they closed. I drove straight there because of the issue and he started looking at it just 5 minutes later.5 minutes after that we were looking at prices of parts here in town. The part was delivered to the shop and installed. We were in and out in a hour! Best mechanic service I have ever had, hand down!

They gave me an estimate and it ended up being less than the estimate when I paid (which I have never had happen before). It is nice to know that you are dealing with someone who is honest and that is definitely something you will get if you take your vehicle here!
