Took my truck in for a rotation just to get it back with a bad vibration and it pulled to the right. Took it back thinking they didnt balance them just to get it back again and it now pulls to the left after they said they gave the truck an alignment.

Went in to get a tire for my trailer because we had a blow out, they wanted a 180 dollars per tire. I called Keller tire in Malad, Idaho and they sold them to me for 90. Dollars.

Wow, wow, wow!!!! We were stuck at a near by gas station with a flat on our motorhome. The team arrived sooner than expected and fixed us up in less than a half an hour. The guys were so nice and friendly. They put valve extenders on our duallys and checked the pressure in all 4 duallys for us. Fast, friendly, and wouldnt even accept a tip. Out of this world incredible. Thank you!

Had a leak in my tire. They couldnt find anything wrong but took it off and cleaned the beads and that seemed to do the trick. They then checked all of my other tires, and didnt even charge me for any of it! Ill definitely be back for all my tire needs now, I really appreciated it!

I had a blowout right at the Blackfoot exit. I was able to limp my car into this Les Schwab to get new tires put on. They got my car right in and took really good care of me. I am thankful for the technicians here and their willingness to help me out of a bad situation.

Why would you want to go back to a place where someone lied to your face? I went in for a simple flat tire that ended up having a nail in it which they took care of within 20 minutes. Thats great, but when I also tell them of a squealing noise coming from a different tire that has been there for well over 2 weeks and they tell me they didnt hear it? I know it was a quarter to 6 so you wanted to go home, I get that, but when I clearly state that if they dont have time to look at it today I can come back another time and they dont just man up and say they didnt do it but would rather lie to my face thats when I take my business elsewhere. I heard the sqealing noise from inside the building when the guy was driving off the lift. Next time, dont lie to your customers and think you can get away with it.

Were on our way out of town with our trailer when the front brakes on our truck started grinding. Got us in and out with new pads and calipers in less than an hour and literally saved the day. Gabriel is a legend!

Make sure you get the bill up front before they mount your tires they quoted me one price and then once everything was mounted the price went up 80 bucks, theyre misleading and when I brought it up they gave me some lame excuse and didnt try to make things right or help me in any other way. Beware of what you buy there!

They exceeded my expectations! I made an appointment online for new tires, arrived 10min early, and within 40 minutes I was back in my vehicle and leaving. (QUICK Service)They didn’t have the tires I was looking for but found me better tires for a better price (AWESOME Customer Service!!)Note: They do not require masks of their customers and I didn’t see hand sanitizer available. But they have plexi glass at the counter and their waiting area is spaced out well enough that I dont think it’s an issue. (And I keep sanitizer on me).

I’ve never been more disappointed in what this store has become. Took my trailer in to have my brakes inspected. They told me all my brakes were shot and needed replaced. Quoted me 1200$ to do 4 trailer brakes. After buying them myself I found that all 4 brakes were basically brand new and just out of adjustment. None of the issues they stated were true. Not a chance I will ever use them again. This store used to be the best. Now it’s trash!!

I stopped in from out of town with some car trouble. Melanie was very helpful and even talked to my concerned father on the phone to tell him what precautions they would take. Nigel checked on the car for me very throughly and was able to easily take care of the problem free of charge. He spoke to me personally and assured me I was good to go. After I left he called my dad to put his worries at rest. Amazing service, my dad and I were so impressed! Great people.

This place always tries their hardest to make sure everything is done right and a timely matter. The employees always have a smile and they never seemed bothered with my weird questions and my little boys staring at them through the window as they work on our cars. RUDE woman at front desk! Was TOLD would be done in 45 minutes and theyd Call when ready, NO car on foot came back TWO HOURS LATER car was left UNLOCKED WINDOWS DOWN and to top it off I was charged for TIRE PRESSURE MONITORING SYSTEM REBUILD KIT $6.98 PER TIRE $27.96 for FOUR and I have a 1999 EXPLORER THAT DOESNT EVEN HAVE THAT FEATURE!!!!!! RIP OFFS took TOTAL and COMPLETE ADVANTAGE of OUT of STATE PEOPLE!!!!!! BOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

My son took his truck in to have an alignment done. He needs parts replaced. The only thing they were worried about was if he had money. When he said no they said bye. We took it to another shop in town, we got a quote $500. Less than les Schwab. They told us it was unsafe to drive. Les Schwab does not appreciate this customers! We will never go back. My family could have died. Thanks Point S for keeping my family safe!

We are driving across the country and brought in our old 1989 camper van with an electrical issue. he was able to trouble shoot and solve the problem and get us back on the road, which is not easy in a van as old as ours. Products are high priced, lug nuts over tightened, lost wheel and had to pay out of my own pocket. Also cracked a friend of mines rim and refused to pay for it.

Good service for tires. They often lie about brakes and other repairs and try to sell Un necessary work. Never let them service anything but tires or battery. I was told my drums and brakes needed replaced for 1,100.00 I told them I will look into it. My pads only had 40% wear and was 60% my drums are in new condition. My mechanic said and I even thought the same thing.

This Les Schwab is great. I picked up a nail in my tire while passing through town, and they got me in and out very quickly, and didnt even charge me for it (despite not having purchased my tires at a Les Schwab). They were primarily concerned about making sure I was taken care of, and they did a great job.

Fixed my flat and helped turn around what was a very stressful afternoon. It was almost closing time and they still took care of me and didnt act annoyed that they had to stay late. Great crew.

I needed all 4 tires replaced on my car. My job ends at 4:30, so I wasnt able to get to Les Schwab until 5, which left only an hour until their closing time. They got me in right away and were able to get my new tires on within the hour, all while working on 2 or 3 other vehicles. Very professional, very efficient. Cant say enough good things.

Wanted to much for snow tires

Friendly staff.... But I went in to switch out my snow tires for the regular tires because I got a flat tire and was driving on the spare and they changed them out really quick. The problem was that the pressure for the tires is supposed to be at 33 they had them all at 40 and one of the rear tires was very very low almost flat when I got home right after leaving.

Horrible experience. I went in for a flat repair, when my car was finished, the guy peeled out and then drove off really fast. When I went to my car, there was grease all over the door handle and then there was grease all over the inside of my brand new car. The steering wheel, the upholstry on the door and the drivers seat and the center console was covered in grease. When we called the manager, he said there was nothing that can be done. Thank you so much Les Schwab for ruining my new car. I will never bring any of my vehicles here.

Fantastic service! Told them what I wanted, and it was done before I could their excellent free popcorn. Asked and they gave me a free air gauge.I really liked the way they handled the ultra-rude customer from Utah who was whining and pitching a fit. Dont buy the proxes 4. I took my tire in for warranty and was going to be charged 222.00 till I complained and the clerk changed it to 118 for the “warranty” they said due to tread used! 20k mikes on them (350z only used during the summer months) and for 80 dollars more thats a new tire. Complete BS warranty. Been a customer for many years and never have I had an issue with a warranty till today.

I had an excellent experience with the Blackfoot store, I was a DID damsel in distress. .My daughter with special needs and I were on our way to Utah to the hospital. We had to be on time. and as I was leaving my Hubby came in and informed lading the car and said i have bad news>YOu have a nail in your tire,and i had to fill it up with air. I said Les Schwab maybe so i went straight thee and as I walked in thee was cars and people everywhere, i broke into tears but they put me right in . We made it on time and I was so thank ful.for your patients with me, yeah for Les Schwab.

Never going back to the Blackfoot Les Schwab, I had a nail in my tire and the kid got in and was squilling my tires, got it on the lift and started taking the nail out with the tire still on just to find out they dont have the right key for my rim (I didnt have it either) and he got the interior coverd in black dust and I asked if they were going to clean it and they just laughed and handed me a paper towel, I told them they were the ones that messed it up and they did nothing. So they made the hole in my tire worse and destroyed my interior. I had to drive it home with a completely flat tire and my leather interior is stained now. Thanks for nothing.

Needed a quick fix for a flat tire, I was in and out within 20 minutes.

They wanted too much money

RUTH tried to charge me TWICE as much, even though it wasnt that much,I had been given a quote, When she refused,I told her Ill pay the additional $16, but I won.t come back again, It was a matter of principle. I asked her what a customer, that has came here for 20 years is worth. Apparently not $16. Was ready before that to schedule $200 of work quoted last week. Not now,I will not go to ANY les schwab. Since heard all the local ones have gone down hill. PLEASE DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!!!!
