Was trying to fix my flex pipe on my toy hauler and was having issues with leaks as well as replacing the faucet. I kept having issues of leaking and I went to true value to get some parts to fix it and they helped me out and have always been friendly. They also let me barrow the crimping tool to make sure the job was done correctly. Best place to shop and supper helpful every time I have been here.

The young lady there was quite helpful and knowledgeable. Really knew her stuff and SAVED us money. The other employees were friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely be doing my hardware shopping there

Maybe you need to be in the old-boys club to get some service but they either didnt know what they had/sold or they just didnt care since I was a new face (just a home owner, not in a plumbing business).Ive been in there three times so far with the same result each time and now Im willing to drive to Pocatello or Idaho Falls and pass these guys just because their attitudes were that bad.And if you get there within 10 minutes of closing time, dont expect to get through the locked doors with the lights off. So I guess Ive been there more like 5 times but only inside three times.

The people there are fantastic and willing to answer all of my questions. I would go back anytime.
