I was pretty excited to order and get some cookies. Ordered at 9:56pm on 2/20/2021. Never got the cookies, so the next day I called to get a refund. Not even an apology, then asked if I wanted my cookies now. Even though I kinda wanted them 22hours ago. Kinda disappointed although I may try to order another time. Not a great first experience though, at least I’m getting my money back.Edit to the owner response: Thank you! I’ll be sure to try to get some cookies again. ❤️

I called in a Order for a Heart shaped cookie cake for my Daughter for Valentines Day & it was my first time ordering because I saw all the good reviews but don’t let that fool you! She got it a hour later than they set up delivery for and they didn’t not write Happy Valentines Day on the cake like I had asked they just sent it with sprinkles on top. When I called I left a message & they called back and stated that my order was put in as a plain cake & they had over 300 orders that day so Sorry and that was end of conversation. I am highly disappointed that My daughter did not get what exactly what I ordered & they did not seem to care! I do not recommend Campus Cookies!

Of course I had massive craving for cookies on super cold windy day. I ordered a bunch of assorted cookies which were really fresh and delicious. I also got a cinnamon roll, the icing was on point!. My delivery driver Cameron was very courteous. Gonna order more again in future!!!

My daughter is a transfer student this year. She is 6 hours away and I always like to send her care packages on a regular basis, but wasnt sure what to send all the time. Once I found Campus Cookies, I knew that was the route for me. I love to order her a surprise treat on a whim and it always makes her day! She says the drivers are friendly, and professional and always on time. Thanks so much for offering this option to the students and families who are further apart!

I originally gave a 2 star rating for having overdone cookies and left the review. Within a half hour of posting the negative review the owner commented and Maria from their customer service called me to see what they could do to make the situation better. Their customer service is great and they were willing to replace the cookies that I did not eat and even deliver them. Though I was originally unpleased with the cookies, I appreciate and I am pleased with their willingness to make the situation better.

I originally gave this place 1 star for messing up my order, but they reached out to me and delivered the correct order completely free of charge. Very pleased

Delicious cookies to die for! The online store offers a great variety and the cookies are always delivered warm. Also perfect as a birthday gift! However - need to be patient, it can take up to 40 minutes for them to be delivered on busy days.

Campus Cookies is the best thing to order. Whether someone is sending you surprise cookies, or youre buying for yourself, its so worth it. The cookies almost always come warm, and they usually will decorate the box with whatever I describe in the notes section. Love campus cookies!

Amazing business! I love Campus Cookies and have placed multiple orders from them in Blacksburg, VA. The service is always nice, from talking to someone on the phone to order to the delivery-person at the door. The Chocolate cookie with the Peanut Butter inside is definitely my favorite, with the chewy, soft, chocolaty outside and the creamy peanut butter inside. The orders take about 30-45 min to arrive, which is a while but well worth the wait! My biggest complaint is the hours: they are only open at night, and not at all during the summer.

I sent a back to school gift of Campus Cookies for my student to share with friends. They contacted him and delivered during the time they arranged. He LOVED them. This is an awesome service for students. It is great for a late night snack or to send a thinking of you gift.

Being able to reach out and send my daughter warm cookies when she is studying hard or having a bad day makes me feel good and makes her incredibly happy. They are prompt to deliver and never disappoint!

This place is the worst. Told me 20-25 minutes. After an hour they texted me the wrong order was ready. Called them and they couldnt find my order. Then they couldnt find my address. Took 1.5 hours to get cookies delivered < a half mile away. Do not recommend!

Learned about campus cookies through my neice at VT. I am on the west coast and dont get to see her or treat her very much. Campus cookies is easy, inexpensive, friendly and a great way for me to support her academic endeavors on those late study nights or finals week. Usually delicious cookies but on occasion Ive received under baked​ cookies and had to throw them in the oven a few minutes longer. This place is great when they get it right, which is about 70% of the time.

Campus Cookies is one of my favorite establishments in Blacksburg. They are always timely, convenient, and not much is better than fresh, hot cookies being delivered to your door whenever you want!

I would like to say ive been in blacksburg for 6 years now. And ive ordered these cookies off and on for years. 6 years ago their quality was amazing. But a few years ago their quality slipped and i started ordering insomnia (as much as I hate going to a franchise). I tried to give them another chance tonight, but when my cookies arrived not only was my order wrong but the cookies were all underdone (i like my cookies underdone so this was very underdone) and tasted as if too much flour was in them as they were also crumbly.I am a reasonable person so I give them three stars for their memory of once better cookies. The quickness of service and the pricing for the cookies.

One time I had the this chocolate chip cookie filled with fudgy goodness and my heart and soul just about melted into a pool of happiness. Anytime me or one of my friends gets a campus cookies delivery it makes our day!

The things I would do for their lemon cooler cookies...Delivery is extremely slow, and my credit card gets stolen every time I order online here - I think someone hacked their system and has a permanent back door. However, this was when I ordered back in 2013 so this could be fixed now.In spite of that, I found myself ordering again and again. Those lemon coolers.

Dont confirm an order for 10 to 10:30 pm and then never deliver the order.
