Both times I’ve tried to go to this store it’s been closed despite saying it’s been open online. There’s no message notifying holiday weekend hours or any other reason for being closed

Closed even though website says open?

Called to get a quote two weeks ago, kept following up and nobody wanted to help. I had about 11 hats that needed embroidered and never heard anything from the employees. I will find someone with better customer care.RE: Travis called me back and followed up about the quote. He is working on getting the hats taken care of.

Travis is so easy to work with and our team jackets were embroidered beautifully!
