The staff here is very helpful. Every time weve been here someone has come up to us to offer help. Sometimes the shelves look a little empty, but they have a lot of things other stores dont in the services really good.

Excellent customer service, with the items you need. When you need that one bolt, plumbing fitting, or paint, these folks will help you find it. Highly recommended. Dave is their paint specialist and has an eagle eye for matching paint colors. They are always adding more items every time I come in and are responsive to customer needs.

Love this place. Great local hardware store and a wide range of products. Need a propane refill? Theyve got you at the lowest price around.

Walkable distance from campus with a good range of selection. I typically end up here for balsa, bass wood, stain, spray paint, nails, or sand paper... All of which they have at reasonable prices. Its nice to be able to go here instead of driving to the bigger hardware stores in Christiansburg. Relatively friendly and helpful staff.

They are gradually getting more stock in. Great improvement over what its been for the past several months. A lot of prices are competitive with the big box stores. Especially with the gas savings.

I have been a Heavener customer for 20+ years. Its very convenient to stop and pick up necessary items. Naturally, they cant stock as much as the huge stores, and their prices are a bit higher. But the staff is friendly and tries to be as helpful as possible, and it sure is handy to be able to stop by a local store, rather than drive out to the mall to the big chain stores.

A great old-style hardware store! Theyll cut plywood down, have lumber in adjacent warehouse, a remarkably varied stock with just about everything -- and a friendly, good staff to help you find everything on your list.

Small local hardware store with many of the things that youll need. The best thing about it is the small-town service, however. The employees there are glad to help you out and answer your questions.
