Awesome delivery experience and extra lower price of mattress than Amazon.I bought this mattress and the owner sent the delivery on time. They really take good care of their customers.I tried multiple mattress at the store. They offered a wide selection of mattresses on site. I finally pick this one and love it. My back pain gone forever.Definitely recommend this place to anyone who want to have a nice sleep!

Came two hour round trip to get hole bedroom suite said had in stock take my 1200 dollars make me wait hour for some one to get there just to not have my stuff in stock horrible

Wasnt expecting much when we checked this place out, but they have a great selection of bedding and other various items. The Manager (Hoq) was very knowledgeable and of great assistance with our purchase of two queen sized beds. The beds were delivered on time as promised, which was much appreciated for our new home. The alternative would have been sleeping on the floor. Great price, coupled with great service. Highly recommend! Give this place a look!

Purchased a bed and boxspring from this company and was very pleased with the pricing and quality! They also delivered the the bed the exact day and time I needed, and helped set everything up. I initially gave this store a 1 star review because the store has very pushy employees and refused to give me a copy of my receipt. However, I was then contacted by an employee saying that he would lose his job if I didnt change my review. He offered to let me exchange the mattress (which I had a problem with) if I would change my review so I did. However, I have realized that the business influenced my review, which is not very honest and against the point of even doing Google Reviews. I have therefore decided to change my review back to the original. The store seems like a scam, not a real store. I would not shop here.

Prices are outrageous, you can find the exact same mattresses in Cburg and save hundreds of dollars (including the delivery to BB from Cburg).

Purchasing a mattress from Sleep Mattress Blacksburg turned out to be the PERFECT decision for me. I went to a number of stores and tried out many mattresses. I kept coming back to Sleep Mattress Blacksburg where I was routinely welcomed and treated respectfully. I ended up purchasing from them a Back Performance Rx Wellness queen sized mattress, which they delivered for free. I absolutely LOVE this mattress. Terrible customer service. Too high price marked on price tag and advertising they will give discount. Hinting customers buy one type of mattress because they have extra left over and cannot be sold out.
