This is the third time over the years weve used Village Floor & Wall for a project and weve been delighted with the results of each. Tricia is a talented designer and so much fun to work with, and the carpet installers Jesse and Dom were great, as well. We love our loft makeover!

This was our second time working with Village Floor in Blaine. First time was the Carpet in our Basement when we finished it in 2010. We came back to them this year to redo our all of our Main Level flooring. We replaced ceramic tile in the entry, bathroom, and mud room with LVP and replaced the kitchen hardwood with LVP as well. In addition to that, we replaced the carpet on the main level and stairs with an updated style. The results were exactly what we were hoping for, and working with Tricia Bloch as our design consultant was a very pleasant experience. The installers both for the LVP and Carpet were very nice and did a great job with everything. When the time comes to redoing the flooring upstairs, we will be back.

From start to finish, Village Floor was a great place to find laminate and carpet for our basement. Their installers did a beautiful and thorough job. Amy from the design center was able to guide me to choices I was happy with, and we are very grateful for the way they communicated with us and helped us with our flooring needs. We moved into a home and the carpet to hardwood transition between the living room and kitchen was butted together, and the carpet was starting to peel up and shred. I contacted Village floor and they sent someone out to take a look at it right away and came up with the solution to add a reducer to clean up the issue. The hardwood flooring was discontinued but they were able to order an unfinished reducer and stain it to match perfectly. When everything was ready they sent out a crew to work on the hardwood followed by a carpeting guy. The final product looks great! I will definitely do business with them again.

My first visit here I had immediate service very friendly very helpful they allowed me to take whatever samples I want home very satisfied!

They came recommended to us, but the service made it hard to plan by. We did a kitchen and bath remodel. The designer was great but the scheduling was a nightmare. We called the scheduler almost every day multiple times to try to figure out when install would be for counters, tile, flooring, and cultured marble shower panels and vanity. They sent people out to measure for the cultured marble and they didnt measure height. That took another week, which added to the three week lead time. Installers did not show up when we were told and we had to take multiple days off from work. Their cultured marble vendor, Central Marble, sent installers over that claimed our new tub had a crack in it and thought we would want to know. There was no crack in it prior to that day. We know this, because this tub was thoroughly inspected for flaws prior to accepting it. We were out $1000 for a new tub. Their services made this a much longer, stressful, more expensive, and time consuming project than it had to be.

We worked with Amy while we are building our home and we were not able to choose our flooring picks due to shipping times.We then changed flooring a second time and stayed with one of our first choices.We when were not able to get that due to shipping so, Amy made another selection for us, we didnt have a very good experience due to not getting what we wanted but Amy went above and beyond to make this as easy as possible! Thank you Amy!

I have a new build, and one of the hardest things to pick out is basically everything from scratch. I worked with Tara Sutton, and she was the best person to help me along that path. I cannot express the satisfaction I felt from her stepping me through the process. The best thing I can say is that Tara knows how to work with you individual taste to figure out how to balance the normalcy and the crazy taste individuals have. I personally had a desire to do the outrageous and she worked with me hand in hand, hours beyond hours to pick the most perfect scenario to fit my way of look for my house. I couldnt be happier with the final product. Kudos to Village Floor in general for making just an average guys dreams become a reality, and also employing such great people like Tara who really cares about you as an individual. My wife and I have chosen to by some flooring from here. The sales lady was most helpful and informative. For now I will do one room. But I plan on coming here to do the rest of my house, four more rooms and a hallway.

Village Floor provided the engineered hardwood floors and carpet for a large lower level finishing project. Amy was excellent in helping us with the selections. She took the time to understand what we wanted, gave us ideas, options and sound advice. Her experience led us to an outstanding result. The installation crews were highly skilled and professional. The hardwood flooring pieces came in various widths and lengths. It was installed precisely and looks beautiful. We did run into an unusual issue with installation. We were extremely impressed at how their management, Katy, got involved and worked hard to resolve the issue. We are not a big customer or builder yet we got fantastic response and support. This is a trait of a great business. We highly recommend Village Floor.

We would definitely recommend Village Floor! We wanted to extend the wood flooring from our kitchen into the living room. They were transparent in the risk of matching new flooring to the existing wood from the start. (They made sure we knew going into it - even though it could have easily changed our minds.) The crew showed up on time, worked quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. We are thrilled with the final results, and so happy to have a project complete...drama free!

Just built a new house my experience was great everyone there was very knowledgeable with there products.They helped me make the right choices for my style and my budget. scheduling and install was spot on I was very happy with everything they did and would highly recommend using them.

We worked with Tara in the process of building our new home. She was fabulous to work with and I will admit to being high maintenance. I was probably in at least 6 or 7 times to make our selections. Everything turned out great and we are very happy with all our flooring and countertops.

My wife and I walked in just to look and get some pricing on Quartz counter tops and new flooring for our remodel we are doing. When we walked in we could already feel like this was not going to go well with the sales employee. We felt like we were looked down on and kept making comments of this is really expensive maybe you should look at this. Not in a nice way pretty much came off like we could not afford it. She pretty well just pushed us out of the store. We did not even look at flooring being she wanted nothing to do with us. We are now a week later and still have nothing back from here like she said she would. We will not be going back.

Ordered custom blinds from here. The staff was friendly and helpful however the blinds arrived wider than what I had asked for. They acknowledged the mistake but told me to go somewhere else to have them cut to size. This made for a process that took over a month, took extra money, and required multiple additional trips around town to resolve. I wont be using them again.

Trish went WAY above and beyond the call to help me with my tile choices. Her dedication, service and attention to the customer is almost unheard of these days. Its nice to find a business that values their customers and treats them well.

Having used Village Floor twice in the past with great service and results, it was a no brainer to shop there again when we recently built a new home. Designer Tricia was so great to work with - She helped me make desisions with flooring, granite, paint and trim stain color. Village Floor is wonderful and easy to work with. Ive used them to replace our countertops and the carpeting. Tara was very helpful when I was indecisive in color choices. She helped me narrow things down in designs I liked and within our budge. The install process for the countertops and carpet were flawless. Village Floor did the flooring, counters, and tiling in our home. Our experience has been generally positive and their customer service has been great. Theyve been prompt and helpful; when something wasnt right, they were happy to come out and remedy the issue.

I am normally not one to write reviews but after sometime I feel the experience that I had needs to be heard. First of walked in and did not know an appt was needed, I was helped by a lady while smacking her gum and bringing me back to her office to schedule me an appt to come back as she was already booked for the day. Needless to say there was no clients in the building when i was there .. So i came back and the same individual that helped us with our new home build. Lets state with how unprofessional this person is, how she thought it was appropriate to cuss in front of us numerous times and even the fact of how she would contact me via texting very inappropriate and unprofessional.. When I went to look at samples she left me sitting at the table numerous times to make personal phone calls or take personal phone calls, would leave and come back smelling of tobacco while again sitting there waiting for her to return to help with options for selections. We basically picked out everything ourselves as we were left so many times. Numerous times bashing our builder nothing nice there was said from her. Timeframes for work to be completed were not specific time frames were given 1 estimate time frame and then next day given a different frame this happened numerous times as well. Was given samples to bring home, no one helped me load the MASSIVE samples in to my vehicle. She was more worried about her phone and her red markers and highlighters. Telling me that I wouldnt like something when I asked for a specific color. Didnt ask her opinion asked to see what option I was requesting. Very unpleased and would never walk back into this business nor ever refer anyone to this business.. Sorry but owners/parents of business need to be aware - I know this is their daughter but Trish is NOT professional by any means and talks down to clients and does not have anything nice to say about your builders that are your clients as well. I would not have her work face to face with anyone. Terrible manners and lack of professionalism. . After all was said and done an lots of wasted time, we made the decision we wanted nothing to do with this company and went elsewhere. To another company that stood behind their timeframes and spent time with me one on one and I was the priority while I was in their business unlike at village floor.

We have used Village Floor for several projects now and can’t say enough good things about the sales staff and the contractors who do the installs. Everything is done to perfection and there is constant communication about your order and project. Would use them for any flooring or tiling project!

Not bad prices but we had a bad experience with a installer. We still have a large bubble in the floor and the installer blamed it on the wood separating underneath but is clearly just the linoleum that has a air bubble in it

Village floor installed pre-finished birch flooring, tile and carpet in my new home this past summer. After a lengthy and helpful decision making process, we found the styles we liked, and they were installed rather quickly. Considering the process and finished product, I would use them again.

I want to thank Sara for the referral to Kristen at Stone Counter Outlets for the quick service in getting our granite top sink opening enlarged for our new kitchen sink.
