The pharmacy has always taken really good care of my family and I. Any time I’ve needed a rush refill they have been helpful and accommodating. Staff is very friendly too. Been using them for over 5 years with great experiences.

Long drive through line because no signs indicated both lanes could be used for prescription drop off or pick up nor did they let you know COVID tests were being performed at both lanes. I called and spoke to the individual helping me suggesting some signs might be helpful to stop the 60 minute wait people were being made to endure. Both told me there was nothing they could do about letting customers know current procedures being followed.

Beware of the web site claim of rapid covid testing. We made appointments and when we arrived there was a big sign nin the window We do not do rapids testing. 1-3 days for resultsClassic bait and switch. Its easy to fix the web site, I know why they wont.

Worst drive thru pharmacy service I have ever experienced!! The customer service was just as bad in the store! I don’t know if they are under-staffed or what, but if you are in a hurry, or expect to grab your item and get in and out, this is not the place. Will never step foot in this store again.

Rose was sooooo AWESOME! Omg, she was just kind, helpful, cheerful and empathetic! Especially when I broke out in a hot flash at the register! Loved her! I came in looking for natural menopause remedies and she directed me to the vitamin aisle....which is AMAZING. CVS now has a natural line that you would find at places like Whole Foods Market. I also learned from Rose that when CVS has a buy one get one sale and there is only one item left on the shelf like the organic apple cider vinegar (the good kind with the mother in it) you get 50% off of that single item!! THANK YOU ROSE!

Probably more with CVS partners than this specific store. I got a covid Test appointment for 9:20am Tuesday. Finally got to the window to take me test at 11:40. Went make appointments if you won’t honor the times? But worse... it’s now been 5 days... no results. I took a second test at a local clinic Friday morning. In less than 40 hours I had my results. CVS is going on 124 hours with no results yet. Didn’t seem to be much urgency for a “plandemic”.

This was my first experience at the minute clinic and I have to say it was a great one. Got in very fast. Catherine P was excellent! She got down to the bottom of the issue and explained everything along the way. She even printed coupons for the prescriptions! Saved me well over $100 with those coupons. I would definitely come here again.I then went to the pharmacy and had another great experience with Dan and Gary. I heard them still trying to save me dollars while waiting the very short time for my prescriptions.Great people all around. Thank you for exceeding my expectations.

Same experience as reviewer below - its been 10 days since I had my covid test and still no results. Makes life super restricting, waiting on backlogged results - feels like they should be contracting out w/ addtl labs if needed. Go elsewhere for covid testing. UPDATE: received my results after 12 days.

Pharmacy hours are shown in store to open at 10 a.m. and yet gates closed and no one in site at 10:15 a.m. There was a line of 5 people waiting to get prescriptions with the minute clinic in full swing, whom I assume would use CVS Pharmacy as their primary to send Rxs to. I ask the front desk worker whom states that they are running late and left it at that. The weather is not bad at all, not even below 32 degrees! BE ON TIME TO YOUR JOB!!!!! ZERO EXCUSE FOR THIS.

How come as a type 1 diabetic without insurance i am unable to purchase more than ten needles at a time? It is sad that since i am unable to afford insurance i am unable to purchase a full box of the needles i need to stay alive! Pharmacies like this one perpetuate the death of diabetics through financial extortion.

I love this CVS. The store staff always remember me and make sure I have everything I need. The pharmacy is the best, Dan and staff are always willing to answer any questions or concerns I may have with a smile and without hesitation. I honestly wouldnt go anywhere else.

Horrible experience with the pharmacy manager by the named of Lonnie. He was extremely rude and racist. He did not let me finish my question before cutting in. I generally have no issues with other staffs other than with him. My family has been a long time customer at CVS store in Blaine on 108th lane. He was ridiculing me when I asked to speak to a manager... he answered proudly with a smirk that he IS the manager. I was shocked to know someone with an education to be a manager to have such poor customer service skills let alone be so racist. What’s more interesting is that upper management of the chain is probably not aware of his own doings to his customers. My experience tonight was I asked if my dad’s prescriptions was ready for pickup and he said yes but it is quite expensive. I asked him to look back in our history to see what the costs were and he said it is $105 vs $315. I then asked my dad in Vietnamese to explained to me so I can better understand what Lonnie was saying. Once I understood it from my dad, I then turned my convo to Lonnie and he totally ignored my question and said that he didn’t understand my question which was spoken in clear English with no accent. I told my dad to bring all the paperwork to the store so he can see exactly what I was asking. My suggestions to the CVS chain is to have all their staff take a course of customer service especially teaching them not to be racist since this is an ongoing lawsuits waiting to happen one day....

This is a fabulous location simply because the staff is genuinely friendly and good natured. (with the exception of the older pharmacist with white hair who makes customers feel like they are imposing on him and makes you feel bad for being there ) I commend the remaining employees on the effectiveness of their job as they are a valuable asset to the company.

They desperately need to have two pharmacy techs at all times. When we went there was only this old man that could barely hear so we had to repeat ourselves constantly even if we talked louder. There was atleast an 8 car pileup in the drive thru and multiple people waiting inside. I felt like I was going to throw up again and he kept skipping us for other people in line or people in the drive thru. They should have at the very least had one pharmacist on the drive thru and one at the pharmacy desk. It should also be first come first serve, not I serve who I want when I want or how I feel is convenient. It was very painful to wait that long, next time Ill probably use a different pharmacy. More expensive and poor service.

I agree with most of the negative reviews. They pretty much nailed them. What was left off was the extremely long wait time at the drive through. I usually use it so I dont have to deal with the staff face to face in a sense. If it werent for them being the pharmacy that my employer offers, I would have been going elsewhere long ago.

Horrible over the phone expierence! It is the pharmacy my insurance covers. I am shocked I was even able to finish talking before the person hung up. They have messed up my prescriptions more than once and are never friendly.... if you have to go to this cvs I would recommend the drive thru! So you have as little contact as possible with the non friendly staff! I do t think they even deserve to get a 1 star rating!!!

Anytime I have tried to use this location and it’s minute clinic it’s a complete disaster. 45 minutes behind quoted times, and no one seems to care at all. Store is always filthy, and employees are rude. Desperately needs a management change.
