All employees and customers wore their masks (properly even), that was nice to see. Customer service was good and they were open and honest with me regarding my figure skate sharpening. They type of sharpening they could do wasnt appropriate for competition skating. Considering I havent been on skates for 16 years that was perfectly fine for me.

Extraordinary customer service! I stopped with my daughter, who needed new laces and skate guards - both of which Im inept at putting on. The staff helped me lace her skates and cut the guards for us. They are always so helpful when we have questions and have great inventory.

My son and I came in to get him fitted for his letter jacket and Sierra had helped us out, she made us feel very welcome and paid attention to the small details! Great local store with a friendly atmosphere. As an out of town player parent, I like Letterman over the nationwide chain stores. Great place!

Glad I came in the night I did. Sierra helped my daughter get fit for hockey pants and helped her try out sticks. We had no idea what we needed/what she wanted. Sierra showed us options. Very helpful.

The staff that worked the night shift on July 19th did one hell of a job. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. My local ice arena messed up the skate sharpening on my pair a skates and the guy who sharpened my skates that night not only fixed them, but he delivered the best skate sharpen I ever had. The store is clean and has a wide range of gear. Definitely 10/10!

I would love to give lettermen a 5 star rating but the employee marcus kinda ruined it for me. he had a very bad attitude the entire time. the service was poor and i didn’t feel welcomed into the store. everyone else was great but i can’t get over that horrible experience.

Great prices on Letterman t-shirts and sweaters. Like 5 bucks on the shirts and 15 on the hoodies at last visit. Prices may vary. The Blaine avenue location is the one to go to. More selection. They have a room to try out hockey sticks equipped with net and pucks. They even had a pinball machine for my son to play while we shopped (play for free).

Had hockey jerseys printed up. Staff was friendly and the jerseys turned out great. The artist did real well fine-tuning our logo.

Called to see if they had replacement blades in stock- they did and had them sharpened and ready to go when I got there. Even put them on for me!

The tee shirts are cheap and of good quality. The tent sale is a very good place to buy cheap school gear for an affordable price.

They were great help in selecting skate. Not pushy and wanted to get you in the best skate.

Terrible experience 2nd year in a row ordering tryout jerseys. Placed order early October, to pick up 2nd week of November. Not ready. Picked up order today, tryouts tomorrow, guess what? No numbers! Youd think after ordering these for the past 9 years theyd get it right. Going to Daves Sports from now on. Be Ware....

They have a tent sale. Seems to me, prices are really close to regular price. And as I was looking at the tags for things, I seen ALOT of their products such as tees and sweats are all made in Pakistan. I tought the USA didnt trade with that country. Kind of suprised me. Also kind of let me down. A place like Letterman couldnt find a tee shirt supplier in the USA. But the prices were not near as good as last year in my opinion.
