I’ve only had wonderful experiences with Triple S! My most recent experience involved a repair that was successful however another issue sprung from that repair. But without hesitation they corrected the mistake at no charge. They are truly professionals and are the only company I would ever bring any of my DJ gear to be repaired in New Jersey! I’ve been in the business for 15 years and I will only go to Triple S! Five stars!

I take all my bands electronics there. Theyve fixed my sound board when someone dropped beer on it and they fixed my wireless vocal mic.

I’m confused. I just moved to NJ from nyc and own a recording studio woth gear that needs tech work. I own a massive amount of vintage gear such as gates yard, rca op-6 etc and the guy Who picked up the phone said they don’t work on this kind of stuff. He said they don’t because they “don’t make parts for these anymore.” I am confused what they fix here then, must be only new equipment that is still in production and supported by the manufacturer?? Money walking.

Refused to discuss repair work for my home stereo equipment (receiver and speakers). We only repair professional equipment. When I asked if they could recommend a place, his response was to take it back to Bestbuy!I purchased my Paradigm speakers from an audiophile place in midtown Manhattan.Guy who answered phone was presumptuous and haughty.

I highly recommend these guys. I am a music school owner and they repaired two keyboards for us. I had a problem with the results of one of the repairs (it needed more repair than originally thought) and they went out their way to make it right. I’m thrilled. That respond to emails and phone calls quickly and were very professional. Thank you.

This is an odd review. I dont play music, have no instruments, and wouldnt know decent equipment if it landed on me. But, this place is great. Allow me to explain.I had someone damage my electric bicycle while it was parked. A main wire was damaged, and it was completely unusable. I called around trying to find anyone who would even look at it. Enter Triple S.They offered to give it a shot, took my greasy bike wheel and worked on it next to the high end audio stuff. 4 business days later I had a working wheel.Go here. Nice people. Good work.

Issue was fully explained. I was also satisfied with the repair and the fee. Id recommend this repair service.

I bought my brand new Marshall Silver Jubilee Reissue to be checked under warranty. It was only 2 months old, and sounded very strange and noisy. They only checked it, without replacing anything, charged me $53.00 and I understand that is a bench fee. I own a professional recording studios and I will Never ever use their service again! It was not the charge that is the reason why, but they ripped the tolex of my brand new head, then they glued it back without telling me. I did not noticed it until recently, when it started peeling again!

Terrible were not helpful at all

Charged me $53 to tell me there was nothing wrong with my amp and insurance won’t wouldn’t cover the bench fee when they obviously did something because neither me or the guys at Sam Ash couldnt make the amp work !

Nope. Had my amp for 5 months (!) and got so frustrated I had to pay the bench charge to get it back. Found out it just needed a $12 pre-amp tube.

If you are a musician or DJ and you need your equipment repaired, this is the place to have it done. These guys know their stuff.
