From Marlene who took my call and worked quickly to get an answer, to Paul who made the deal, to Felix who was one of the most personable sales associates that Ive ever dealt with, to Chris who closed the deal. I had to update my review, read until the end to see why.I took my car today to get an oil change at Lynnes Nissan. It was returned damaged. Someone who clearly could not drive a big pathfinder backed into something. They were taking so long over two hours so I asked the guy what happened.It was then they brought it out and did not even say nothing to me. Good thing I learn to do rounds, always check the car out when its returned to me. Clearly damage to the back. So I brought it to their attention. I was told that the Manager was not there. On Monday he will check the cameras. This is unacceptable for the staff of Lynnes Nissan to damage my pathfinder and try to return it to me without notifying me.The next Monday Mike from Lynnes Nissan did call me to bring my car in. I got a nice little Nissan Sentra rental, free of charge while they fixed mine. My Nissan came back looking like new. Great body work done on the car. Thanks Lynnes Nissan.

They are extremely professional and they are very polite and helpful. I love walking into a place that is friendly and they are proactive in greeting you at the door. Small gestures go a long way. The only mini critique I have is their multiple locations. It would be convenient if they have a central location for the customer to not have to walk to obtain or drop off anything (ie: loaners). Everything else was wonderful!

Highway robbers!!!! I knew what was wrong with my car...told them and they still charged $149.50 diagnostic fee. They installed a transmission prior in my car and failed RIGHT after the warranty expired. Bunch on crooks. Time to move on to another make and model of car. Lynnes Nissan DOESNT have to worry about STEALING my money anymore

I took my 2019 Nissan Rogue in for back breaks. I arrived a little after 8am. About a hr and a half later I was told the rotors were on back order and they had to use aftermarket parts. About a hr later I was told they sent the wrong rotors and they had to order them again but they wouldnt get them until 2pm. So I was told I was going to be given a rental free of charge for the inconvenience. So I have to go down the street for the rental. That process was smooth but still inconvenient. I got a call around 3pm to say they sent the wrong rotors again and my car wouldnt be done until 10am the next day. Huge inconvenience as that is my nap time before going to work for a late shift. I got a call about 10:45am to say my car was ready. Once getting to Bloomfield from Paterson, where I live, I had to drop the rental, then wait on the shuttle to service. I waited 10 mins holding my bags and a box while they trained someone on the computer before I was helped. I went to pay and the young lady hands me the key to my car like I was to go find it. By that time I was annoyed with the Lynnes Nissan. I have been coming in for service for almost 3 years and this was the first time the service and process was just plain horrible. Although, someone else sending the wrong parts is not Lynnes fault, it still made them look bad.

Appointment was at 12. Car sat in parking lot until at least 12:30 then was brought out around 1:30. Finally at 2 i went and asked if my car was done. It was the paperwork was missing. Brought up the paperwork finally but couldn’t find the keys. Another 20 min later they found the misplaced keys. Drove away and realized they didn’t even reset all the computers. Only reason i went to the dealership was because i got a coupon for a deal on oil change, 27 PT inspection and tire rotation. The car valets seemed the think it was funny my keys were missing.

It always on point and employees always make sure every services complete, time a was good too.. make appointment and services today was awesome too.. The places where cat get check in can be cleaner, see a lot employees stand around on the phone and I even insisted to clean it up.. I even pick all paper tower in the bathroom when I use it . Need better management on sanitation. But overall very satisfied with services..

Lynnes by far was the best car shopping experience I could have asked for. We were immediately greeted by Steve who was bubbly and very down to earth. He was very honest and open, which you rarely see from sales man. From beginning to end, the process was seem less from test driving with my two year old daughter to negotiating the best price for my family. No BS straight forward and kept me right in my budget. Definitely would recommend him to everyone and this dealership has been one of my favorites because of the attention to the customer. After leaving I realized the oil pan cover was dragging on the floor making a loud noise I looked under the car and noticed it was not bolted. I returned to nissan and was told that it need to be replaced I did not have an issue before my service and was not notified about it when my service was being completed or even after. If the item was damaged before I entered or during the visit I should have been notified which I was not because there was no issue before I arrived

I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and the representative asked for 45 minutes to provide the service. I brought a book to read so, I sat down to get comfortable. I read about three pages and the representative returned stating that my service was finished. I was amazed.Additionally, I asked a few questions about my car and gas usage. The representative answered like a scientist. I asked him to break it down for a 2 year old. He did and now I have a full understanding.Overall, a GREAT experience.

Just in time. Thank you to Izzy for showing real love on your last Pathfinder. The transaction was easy and professional. As I told you when I got there another sleazeball dealership tried to tack on $9995.00 on top of the MSRP. I did my order over the phone and texted my DL, SSN and CC to Izzy and headed to the dealership. Izzy waited for me while stuck in traffic. We did the deal and that 0% APR was fascinating. I encountered an issue regarding registration for an Altima we had purchased at Lynnes Nissan several months ago (we had kept the license plates from our previous car and had not received a registration renewal notice from the Motor Vehicle Bureau). Our salesperson, Sonia Lopez, whom we have always found to be knowledgeable and helpful, was absolutely terrific: she contacted Nissan Financial to get a power of attorney to renew the registration and proceeded to get us our new registration in a matter of hours. If I could give negative stars I would. Prior to choosing this dealer, I solidified financing with my bank. I initially had an appointment with a sales rep I spoke to on the phone ; however, when I arrived, an employee by the name of Camille, told me she would help me out. As a customer, I found that to be highly inconsiderate since I’d already spoken to the representative I wanted to work with. Camille never mentioned if the woman I had an appointment with was servicing another customer, or if she was unavailable. She simply stepped in completely disregarding the appointment I had. I found that to be poor salesmanship, but I decided to continue working with her. My spouse and I, took the car on a test drive and everything was going well. When we returned, Camille ran my credit and informed me my credit score was 180 points less than what my APPROVED LENDER had on file prior to me taking the two-hour drive to the dealer. Understandably, I was surprised by the score she gave, and Camille took that opportunity to be demeaning and rude regarding my confusion about the score she pulled. She then proceeded to get her manager (very rude guy as well). When the manger approached us, I inquired why they needed to pull my credit since that’s typically the responsibility of the lender. I was truly trying to understand their process (since I have never had this experience with a dealer...my other exchanges have been completely different) . The manager became extremely combative stating “we have to verify you are who you say you are”. He was really rude and quite obnoxious for a leader. They also have an exorbitant amount of hidden fees and dealer chargers. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. There are plenty of honest dealers out there. Moral of the story if you like poor customer service, asinine leadership, and dishonesty come here. If not, take your time and find a better place for a car. After reading other reviews, I’ve found my experience isn’t uncommon.

Honestly I have been looking for a car at car dealers for the last 6 months, when I went to Lynnes, I was treated like a human being looking for a car not a commission check, Oberto my salesman was great !!! He was knowledgeable and really helped me every step of the way, Chris the finance manager took the time to explain every piece of paperwork that I had, he answered all my questions thoroughly, if you are going to go anywhere, it should be Lynnes Nissan City!! You will not regret it !! Btw I bought my car and will recommend this dealer to anyone who is in the market for a car.. :) :)
