Chris was super helpful. Had to buy a new hookah because mine broke he was great. Had to call back the next day with a question and talked with the owner he was extremely helpful. Customer service is great at this place. I will go back.

I came in to pickup lava pods because I didnt wanna walk all the way to moonlight and the old middle eastern guy who owns the store was serving me. I felt completely UNCOMFORTABLE the ENTIRE time I was in the store because he wouldnt stop making these corny jokes and trying to hit on me. The pods were fine but I think Im gonna be sticking with moonlight. Young women of Bloomfield be careful at Smoke Masters and dont be afraid to tell him to stop like I was.

Out of all the smoke shops I’ve been to this one is my favorite! Filled with so many beautiful hookahs/tobacco and aesthetics, ALL reasonably priced!! I went into the smoke shop the other day to buy a battery for my cartridge and the old guy that runs the place sold me a defective one so when i came back for a refund he was extremely rude to me and told me to leave his store. I will not be coming back to this trash store ever again...

I bought a pen here a few days ago and was not terribly happy with it so I went in hoping to exchange it. The gentleman there was so nice and so accommodating. He let me try different pens until I found one I was happy with. I highly recommend this place as your go-to-smokeshop.

In the shop its a great experience. The clerk was excellent and efficient. Great selection of products for competitive prices.I had a grievance with one of the glass products I purchased and I called up and asked if they do equivalent exchanges, The owner answers and accuses me of sabotaging the product and that Im trying to scam him. I didnt inspect the piece before leaving (I was excited about new glassware), I strapped it into the car seat to prevent it breaking... There was no way I had damaged it before getting home in 5 mins!Long story short, the owner is a jerk but the clerks are great.

Sold me what i thought was a vision spinner 2 battery. Turned out to be a fake and didnt work properly had to chuck it. No refund policy so they can sell defective fake junk and not have to worry about returning your money for something you cant use. Some bs
