Although my visit here was brief, the owner of the store was present to answer my questions and was very helpful just in providing information. Pricing at the store is across the board much better for traditional herbal supplements such as Ashwagandha & Rhodiola, which are two of my favorite adaptogens for general wellness, immunity, and metal performance. This is definitely a place to go for a natural supplements at below market prices.

I’m sorry to say that the new ownership has made this a place I won’t come back to. Amazingly, they don’t know the products or - as far as I can tell - much about health and nutrition. Most recent example: I asked for iron-free vitamins and they gave me ones with iron. I needed to point that out. They then said they don’t have them, but there they were on the shelf below. I need to trust this kind of store, and I absolutely don’t. That’s a dealbreaker for me. Very unfortunate because there aren’t many of these places around.

Sam is the best! Knowledgeable about almost everything! And if he doesnt have what you want, no worries he will get it! Love it there!
