Good store, lots of craft supply besides fabrics, I like to shop for novelty buttons and charms that I make into earrings. Fabric is decent and theres very frequent sales. A bit larger of a Joannes compared to the one I usually go to, so they likely have a better selection of fabrics (especially fleeces from what I see).Staff is friendly but the checkout is very slow, usually only one person there at a time and when people buy a lot of supplies it can take forever.

Although some of their decorations are pretty high priced, even at 70% off, you can still find good deals if you look around. the young lady at the cutting table was also very helpful

Being a general purpose fabric store. I was surprised and delighted they had the thin 1/8 neoprene I needed to act as sound barrier on a small project. Be sure to check for sales or use a coupon, as regular pricing is high without.

This is a great place to pick up fabric, patterns, notions, and craft supplies. The store is very clean and there are always plenty of shopping carts. Staff are friendly and helpful.Only four stars because I cant always find what I am looking for, and sometimes there is a long wait at the cutting table.

Love Joann fabric always get my holiday decorations there and other item fair pricing and also discounts.

They have a LOT of different embroidery floss colors but because they are on sale right not there was not much left of the colors I needed for my owl projects. But I will be back to this store again and I hope they have more in stock. I understand when things are on sale they go at a much different rate.

I really wish they let you review individual experiences, but this store has become a bit of a mess since Covid (not totally the employees fault). Their online stock system is always a nightmare. things that are listed in stock often are not. It makes the order online, pick up instore option that they promote via coupon a hassle. I cannot even tell you how many times I place orders that half, if not all, get cancelled. Then there are also times I will place the order, it gets cancelled, I place it again 30 mins later & magically its back in stock & the order is fulfilled. or I go in myself & find it, right in its place, on the shelf. These employees need more help than what you are giving them because they either are not getting the training they should be (so many dont even know what I am asking for) or they just simply are swamped & do not have the time so they just cancel the order without looking for it. Please help & take care of your employees. & maybe get rid of that goofy coupon until you do so they can actually work without being overworked.

Its JoAnn Fabrics, this one appears to have some stock issues, though COVID-19 has hit many placed with inventory issues. but is overall a good place to shop.

Typical Joann Store. Had a fairly good selection of yarn but not a new Lion Brand called Sweater in a Ball. Staff very helpful. All of the staff were wearing masks and making sure social distancing was observed.

I love JoAnns. The staff is always friendly. The issues I have with this company are their corporate policy of chronically understaffing. The prices can be high, but theres usually a coupon to be had.

Very unhappy with Joann Fabrics. Three orders I placed to have shipped each got delayed twice - some taking up to 2 weeks to get. And for another order I decided to try curbside pickup and that still took 7 days. Which was confusing for me as I was getting two texts and at least 2 emails a days encouraging me to place orders.

TWO VERY RUDE ASSOCIATES ADMITTED SHORTING YARDAGE AND STILL CHARGING FOR TWICE THE AMOUNT RECEIVED. THEY ALSO DOUBLE BILLED ACCOUNT AND REFUSED TO CORRECT ISSUE INSISTING I CALL CORPORATE. CORP HELPLINE REFUSING ALL CALLS AND HANGING UP BECAUSE THEY FEEL THIS IS BETTER THAN HOLDING.

So very unhappy with Joann Fabrics. I realize an order may take a day or two but five+ days!!! This is ridiculous and you cant even cancel your order. You have to wait until you are told it is ready, dont pick it up for 4 days then it is canceled. My order was for a gift which I had to decide to do something different. Joann was always my go to store over other craft stores but not any longer.

I was disappointed to find out the sugar sheets cake decorating sheets I bought were so old they were useless to me. It was quite inconvenient since I wanted to work on them and had to go to another store to buy fresh ones, and Im not near the stores.

The sales person at the register on 8/29 about 2:30 was amazing. She really enjoys her job and it shows. I hope corporate doesnt let her slip away.

Went there to check out some items for my wife and she needed some items for her crafting so I went here for the first time, the person who was helping me wasnt very friendly and always kept avoiding to help as she was all over the place. Let me start by saying Ive been shopping at JoAnns for a long time. For 30 years. Mostly for fabric. And I must say the quality of apparel fabric has steadily gone down and Ive been contemplating not shopping here anymore. This is especially the case with synthetics or blends. It just irks me that I put so much effort into making an outfit, to find that it has too much static cling and wrinkles too fast due to being of cheap quality.What recently happened, I feel was the last straw.My online order of fabric that was intended for store pick up at Bloomingdale was lost and nobody knows what happened. So far I have attempted to have them help me thrice and the same exact scenario plays out each time. I give a lengthy explanations of what my order was, how I never came to pick up, yet received an email confirming that it was picked up. I go there and my order was no where to be found despite the employees best attempts to locate it. So can I have a replacement, or a refund? Nope, no help since September. Staff members keep passing me on to the other.

I approached the register today with a very large order of holiday decorative boxes and Kitty was so sweet and friendly and attentive and packaged all of my boxes in huge bags so that they wouldnt get wet from the rain. I had a bad experience with an online order earlier today and her customer service made up for it, ten times. Thank you for your kindness today!

Went for ribbon and charms for wedding invitations, great ribbon choices but very limited charm choices, will have to get the charms somewhere else

The staff are always extremely helpful here. Ive been an artist my whole life, and yet I always dread trips to the craft store because of how overwhelming all of the product can be. We went for just a couple of notions for our sewing kit at home, and we were in and out in less than 15 minutes. The ladies at the register even had a nice conversation with us, taking the time to get to know us even though the holidays are right around the corner and it was very stressful for them.

This is my favorite craft store. Michaels doesnt have the selection I like, and I avoid Hobby Lobby on moral grounds; so Jo-Ann is a nice find for me. Im usually here buying painting or woodworking supplies, sometimes food decorating material. Staff is friendly, they offer a veteran discount, and if you sign up they email lots of coupons/discounts.

We were referred to this Jo-Ann Fabrics because they had a bigger selection of picture frames than the Joann on Roosevelt. The signage in the store was excellent. However, they did not have what we were looking for. I would recommend that they have somewhere for the non-shoppers to sit.

Purchased fabric here. They had a great selection, really good prices and the clerk that helped me took great care to get me a square piece of fabric. Will definitely be back!

I will not shop here anymore. They charge you a higher price then what is marked on the bolt. They have raised their prices and charge more than what is marked on the bolt. And is this happened to me quite a few times. I have paid higher prices than what I should have paid. Will never shop here again and I know other shoppers are getting very frustrated and very aggravated with this store.

No problems with the store... I wish the customer service would have been a little better... i have a 2 yr old and an infant. I didnt bring a stroller because I planned to use a cart. When I got there, they didnt have a standard size shopping cart so I had to put my 2 year old in the tiny cart and carry my infant in his car seat. This was extremely difficult but I really needed to grab some things. After walking around like this for about 20 mins I went to check out. The girl says to me you know we have big carts? They are outside this was pretty frustrating as 4 or 5 employees saw me struggling to maneuver around the store and no one bothered to tell me earlier? I know this might sound nit picky, pit to me its the little things that matter. Also the bathrooms were disgusting

I recently went in looking for some fabric for a Christmas project. I spoke to three different people looking for guidance, and none of them were very helpful. They gave me bare minimum responses and didnt really try to understand my project before sending me off down the aisles. One woman was even rude to my daughter. Ill chalk it up to holiday madness and chaos, but I ended up leaving and going to Hobby Lobby instead.

Well I would like to share my experience with everyone today before I left my home I Googled Joann Fabrics to see if my dog could go inside. And Google said that they allow dogs. Well once I got over there I stepped in the door about 10 steps and all of a sudden a lady came out and said is that a service dog I said no she said Im sorry I have to ask you to leave I said but Google said that you accept dogs and I showed it to her she said you must go we do not allow dogs. They dont want hair on their fabric. She said it does say on the door no dogs only service dogs accepted so when I did get home I did call Joannes the main headquarters to let them know about my experience and I let them know what Google said.
