We just moved into town and needed something fast but within a certain budget. Everyone who we spoke to worked with us and gave us a good deal on a mattress. We thankfully came during the labor day sale. But it was still a helpful and good experience working with everyone in mattress firm. Thanks a lot!

Terrible experience just now. My mother and I went to this Mattress Firm location in order to find her and my parents a new mattress. Right off the bat the man helping us (John) had a sour attitude towards us. He acted as if we were inconveniencing him for asking questions inquiring on a new mattress… in a mattress store…. Extremely unprofessional. He acted out in such a rude manner and didn’t help us AT ALL!!!!! Every time we wanted answers “John” shot back with a snippy remark. He came off extremely disrespectful and kept claiming we needed my father to come in and test it as well. This prompts the question of: why does my mother need my dad to accompany her and hold her hand to make a purchase? What kind of mentality is that? This is 2021, wake up John. I’m still in shock. I advise everyone to stay away from the bloomingdale mattress firm location unless they would like to deal with a joke of a salesman.

I was told my mattress would be delivered between 10:30-12:30. Ok so I rearranged my plans. Then I receive a text saying 2:20-3:15. This turned out to be me wasting my day waiting for the delivery men!! On top of all that, there was no box spring which I was expecting!! So a double whammy againt your business!! Now Ive got make another trip to an establishment and purchase!! Very aggravating and a time billSincerely,Karen Anderson

I have purchased mattresses from there before and found the customer service today, just as great as before. We bought our mattress there here from John Scalzo very professional, knowledgeable and patient! We were extremely happy with the cleanliness and safety precautions provided at the Bloomingdale Location and look forward to many comfortable nights sleep in our new home down south. I was very happy with the pleasant and knowledgeable service I received from my Mattress Firm sales associate Antawan Martin. He took his time to discuss each one of the mattresses which I tried out and I was very happy with my purchase. I didnt feel rushed or pushed to make a purchase. Plus the item was in stock. We initially made a purchase through an E commerce site. After waiting almost 4 weeks for the mattress, we discovered that the representative, Steven Easterday, had missed lead us and not given us full information. According to Mr. Easterday we were supposed to have something called a gold plan with our purchase which would provide us with help in unpacking and setting up the mattress and removing the old mattress. This was not the truth. We subsequently called mattress firm in Bloomingdale and spoke with a gentleman named Michael. We explained the situation and within A couple hours he called us back and had made arrangements for the gold plan to be honored. Thank you Michael 10 stars for you. As senior citizens we needed you and very much appreciated you… Thanks again !!!

It was the first time my girlfriend and I had ever bought a mattress [of our own], and she thought that it would be a good idea to check out Mattress Firm right here in Bloomingdale.We had an appointment with John. He showed us all types of mattresses ranging from the expensive ones to the less expensive ones. We really liked that he didnt just stick with the expensive ones, but instead focused more on the mattress type (firm, plush, hybrid, etc.). We wanted a mattress that was not only comfortable, but that also catered to good posture. He pointed us in the right direction.We made it clear that we werent looking to break the bank with this mattress, and so John made sure to accommodate us in that area.John was also joined with Michael. He was great too. They both were very informative and knowledgeable about all the different mattresses we looked at as well as answering every one of our questions whether I thought it was a dumb question or not.For first time mattress buyers, we were more than satisfied. I was dreading mattress shopping because it’s just for a guest room that won’t get much use and I didn’t want to deal with someone trying to upsell me on something I didn’t need. That didn’t happen at all! The salesman listened to my needs and helped me find a comfortable and reasonably priced mattress. He was also very conscientious about keeping customers in the store distanced and explained in detail the safety measures that will be taken during delivery. My daughter will need a new mattress in the not too distant future and we will definitely go back.

I used progressive leasing and Before i came in store, i was going to do everything conveniently from my house. But i suggest going in. -better experience and live interactions vs a computer screeni talked to Michael on the phone before coming in Store and he made sure i knew about the processing fee upfront, and made sure we got everything i needed within my budget.It was a great experience. I was in desperate need of a new bed. I had been thinking about it for almost two years. On Sunday July 9 2017, My boyfriend and I walked into Mattress Firm and Josh greeted us right away. We were so grateful and appreciative of the help that Josh provided us. He answered all of our questions honestly and helped us get the best bed for our needs. We also had John help us today purchase our first king kized mattress. We knew what we wanted and he patiently showed us our options. He was not pushy. He was kind and considerate. The store is clean and parking was easy. It is right by the local Starbucks. I recommend Mattress Firm.

My overall experience was good. Original sales person was VERY good at sales. She really sold me on an inexpensive mattress claiming it was their best seller. After only a week or two I knew this couldn’t be the best seller. So upgraded to better Simmons Beautyrest. But there was never any discussion about the FRAME or the box spring. Well let me tell you the frame is literally the foundation of the whole system. With the new mattress being heavier the original new box spring cracked in several places. Come to find after dealing with the warranty dept that my frame (old original basic square) was not enough for the weight, with no center support.So to best part of my experience...I stopped in and spoke to John, manager. He properly educated me on frames and box springs.He communicated with district manager and they approved the replacement of my box spring with an upgraded model that matches the mattress I currently have. And I bought the PROPER frame to support it. What a difference!!! Thank you John for your help and education. You definitely saved me as a Mattress Firm customer.“An educated customer is a happy customer “

Mattress Firm was the first stop on my President’s Day weekend mattress hunt. I was welcomed by Kyu who was very helpful in explaining all of the different options available. I was very pleased with her customer service and the beds they had to offer but I did not want to make an impulse buy so I headed out the door to see what the other 4 mattress stores down Army Trail had to over. After stopping at two Pure Sleep locations, American Mattress, Sleep Number and Sears I came to realize that no one offers better customer service or better pricing than Mattress Firm. It was a no brainer to come back and purchase a mattress from Mattress Firm, I highly recommend.

Kimberly did an outstanding job explaining the ins and outs of purchasing mattresses - what a science to good sleep. She also made us feel very comfortable during the transaction. Many choices, but Kimberly made it as smooth as possible.

She did all she could to get me the best possible deal on the mattress and adjustable base that I loved best! I have never slept better, and shockingly, she was right about the adjustable base taking the pressure off of my lower back and relieving pain! But tonight I am compelled to post about Bill at this Mattress Firm, for all things positive. We had been to a few other stores. Bill was such a natural personality just genuinely curious of what we were looking for, how he could help, etc. He asked questions no other sales person had asked, and gave us the right amount of space and assistance. So we did decide to buy tonight. Mattress Firm I have to be honest I didnt buy from your company, I could have bought this Mattress from any store. But tonight we bought from Bill, and that Mattress Firm can, and should be proud of!
