Found what we wanted. Had a good selection. Prices were fair. Clean area. Felt safe in there. Line got a bit long, wish one of the others would have helped with checkout.

Today I entered Shoe Carnival with a cart that I found outside and I placed my sleeping 3 month old baby inside of his carseat into the cart and began to browse for work shoes when an associate comes up and tells me I need to take the cart outside and carry the carseat so I would not damage the carpet. Are you serious??? So completely disregard the fact that I now have to carry the heavy carseat. I will not be returning to this location.

I am really surprised at the amount of inventory at this location! I walked down the aisles and was amazed at the vast selection of shoes. Shoes of all kinds; dress shoes, athletic shoes, work shoes, winter boots and so much more. Its a good spot. Its a clean location. Very well organized. And friendly service. We had an online order and it was a breeze. When picking up an online order have the email ready, and head over to the registers. They will have the purchased item in that area. The employees were all friendly and helpful. To summarize, this is a great location. Clean, well organized, not too busy, with friendly and helpful employees, and a TON of inventory.

Literally one of the nicest managers I have EVER met. She was so caring and helpful. I thought I left my phone. She was extreamly eager to help find it if I had left it in the store. She went above and beyond to help me. I really like her and thinks she should be in charge of a much MUCH bigger company. she deserves it. I will absolutely be coming back here for shoes. And I rarely buy shoes. Im even going back right now to get another two pairs. If youre reading this thank you so much Rock!

Great selection of dress, casual and sandals. All sizes for women, men and children. As usual, buy one get the second one half off. Prices are very reasonable in my opinion. Store is clean bright and organized. Friendly staff. Well worth the trip.

The people here are almost always friendly. The have a decent selection at a decent price. The clearance section is with checking out but be aware the just because its there doesnt mean it will be cheap. The basketball hoop in the back is always a hit with my kids. Sometimes you have to fight to get them to look at shoes instead of a painted plywood basketball area.

Reasonable prices. Occasionally they have coupon sales. Lots of parking. I forgot why but I got to spin the wheel and got an extra $4 off my purchase. Found some adorable off season shoes on clearance. Lots of name brands and wide shoes available.

Good Prices, products and staff. If this place have little more collection, then it would be the perfect place for footwear.

It was a good trip. I got what I needed,but there was two small problems. They are limited on staff so when I did need some one I couldnt find anybody. Also the shoes that they have on the shelf are all that they have. So if you need a smaller or larger size your out of luck.

Can’t even hear people talk in the store because the music is so loud. Then they want to charge me for shipping when the product is out of stock.

This store cells lots of different shoes. Always busy and the store is clean. Employees ask customers what size are you looking for. And in the back room workers make sure the shoe is available.
