Was extremely impressed with Mavis. I am from out of town and they treated me with Courtesy and didnt try and upsell to me. They were able to fix a couple of small things and didnt charge me. Would 10000% recommend. Very refreshing to have an honest team to work with. Would come back next time I am in town.

I made an appointment to get a slow leak repaired and they took care of me right away. The employees were friendly and professional. They made me feel like they valued my business.

I called around many places to get the best deal on new tires. I found Mavis.. they were competitive and their rates were a bit lower than their competition. Jeff at the front desk gave me a great deal on Goodyear Assurance tires. Service took shorter time than expected and my car runs great.. I would definatly recommend this place and Im definitely going to go back for any services they offer !!‼️‼️‼️‼️

Took only once being in this location but I highly recommend this place, they took good care of me not only once but twice. The environment felt welcoming, good solid dudes work there and I appreciate that they understood my financial and car issues and did everything in there power to give me outstanding service with a reasonable price! Also like that you can take your own parts and they can install it for you, save a little with that service they offer not a lot of places do that at least the ones I gone to before. The employees were very helpful, friendly and honest!I spoke with Jeff regarding my tire and my options, which was much appreciated! When removing my tire noticed the brake pads were worn and was able to replace immediately. He also told me about the sale on wiper blades, which I desperately needed. Outstanding visit would definitely come back and highly recommend.

They were sadly wrong on there replacement time.but the efforts they made to correct it is what I rated them on. I was on there end for40 years.when a part fails due to poor design an mother nature having its way causes it.until they improve on tire pressure senders just change them when buying new tires.and be happy.

I had to leave a review cause again the guys at Mavis have saved me something literally just got in my tire and I called them as they were closing soon and they were able to not only take care of me but fix my tire with a patch before closing! I have been threw many cars and tire places but Mavis always gives me the best price and service I really wish I could remember the names of the two guys at the front desk they were so helpful in my time of need ! This location is my favorite I have sent both my sons here for tires and alignments recently and they are young so there affordable prices and good workmanship is such a plus for someone on a budget I will only be coming here for all my further needs !

We visited Mavis Tire & Brakes on a sudden notice because we were experiencing some issues with our SUV’s tires and Allen and Jeff immediately assisted us to troubleshoot the issue. Turns out our TPMS sensors just needed replacement and Allen handled the replacement extremely fast. We were back on the road in no time. The Bloomingdale location of Mavis Tire & Brakes has phenomenal service and I would recommend this location 10 out of 10 times!

Giovanni was very helpful, from his great customer service on the phone to his fun but professional demanor in store. Also very informative. I would reccomend this shop to friends and family. I will bring our other car there too.

I was quoted a price twice and they had seen my vehicle twice before they started the work. I called before I came and they previously worked on my vehicle. When they were done they charged me double what I was told when they looked at it. Thats BS I felt like I was swindled. I am so very unhappy with you guys I have spent 4000 dollars on work there . You have loss a great customer I will NEVER EVER return . Thank you for letting me down.

This is my second time in this place and their quality of work and service is world class. I changed all four of my tires in July and the manager was awesome. Got me a good deal and the entire experience was great. I went back to service my car with an oil change- AGAIN same level of service and attention to details. This shop has a loyal customer. I will return to this place for all my needs when it comes to car maintenance.

On a Saturday morning I realized my car tire wasLooking flat even though I had put air in it the night previous. I knew Mavis was open so I took it in to see what they could do. I thought they were going to tell me I needed new tires :/. But I worked with Gio M. And he told me they could patch it up and no need for new tires!! The wait time was just about an hour so I could wait around for it. During the process, Gio kept me informed about how the patch up was going. He was friendly and professional- I felt like he knew what he was doing. They also put new windshield wipers on that I bought there for me! Really helpful and fast service!

This is a very nice and very clean establishment they work great on all cars even with them being 30mins away I don’t mind the drive because I know my cars will be worked on right.

After a horrible experience at the lombard location I came here to the bloomingdale location to have them help me fix a situation. Stay away from lombard by be way.. the mechanics/technicians are either just careless or high as a kite. They put my back brake pads on wrong… one was backwards/upside down, and the other was completely gone.. I noticed this the following day after I did some driving. I refused to go back to lombard nor did they really care or try to resolve the problem. They wouldn’t even come get my car (tow) unless I prove they did something wrong! However Zaid and Giovanni were kind enough to let me come to them to have it done right and they were very friendly and seemed like they cared. At first I was saying I would never go to a Mavis again, but Zaid and Giovanni reassured me that they would get it done right and apologized on behalf of lombards huge mistake. I appreciate the help guys. Would definitely recommend you, but not lombard lol.

The manager, Jeff, is pleasant, knowledgeable and attentive. The mechanics are exemplary. Prices are reasonable. Most importantly, they dont keep your car forever - they have a fairly quick turn around time! My whole family goes to them - never heard one complaint.

Brought my car into the shop just to have a recheck to make sure everything is running smoothly. I dropped it off at 8:45AM on my day off with out an appointment. So I was told it be 11/2 -2hrs to look at it. Called them 4 hours later. Still waiting for it to get looked at. It’s now 1:50pm . When I called them 4hrs later still needs 45mins-1hr to finish up a car before mine just for an Inspection on beaks. Ugh nuts
